Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Service was great! The hottub and heated outdoor pool were relaxing even in the cold weather. The food and service at Ninety Thirty restaurant was phenomenal! Will definitely be returning.

Very clean, no waiting for checking in. The location is great coming from the Southend. And visiting hospital. Their complimentary breakfast is fantastic. I like that check out is 11:00 and breakfast is 6:30 to 11:00 so there is no rush. The elevator is a little loud if your room is near it.

Customer service can be improved on. While staff was friendly upon check in and out. I did call down to room service requesting some wine glasses. They said “no, we are to busy with weddings, you will have to come down to the lounge and ask yourself.” Rooms look nicer in the photos than they actually are. Carpet in our room was ripped and frying. Breakfast buffet was good. Pool and spa area is decent, however they don’t provide any robes to use and have to request towels at the front desk.

Do not recommend. Beds were smaller than double. Served expired yogurt and staff would not acknowledge their mistake. Rooms were not ready even after half hour past check in time. Once given room, no towels were provided. Beds were super uncomfortable.

A good place to stay for the price and the staff were very friendly. The room was nicely renovated and fairly clean but the walls in between rooms are very thin. We heard our neighbors conversations clearly. The stay included a free breakfast buffet for 2 voucher at the restaurant downstairs. The offerings were pretty basic but good enough to get your day started. The coffee or beverage is not self serve so you have to wait for the staff for your coffee or beverage but included with the buffet. The staff also hands you a receipt at the end of your meal which you have to enter your room number, tip amount and signature. This is then settled upon your check -out. This was a different experience for us. The restaurant area could be improved with better lighting. Overall our stay was satisfactory.…

Very clean with very comfortable beds. Free Breakfast was exceptional, exceeded expectations. Heated pool and hot tub were an added treat. Good value for the room. Would recommend in a heart beat. Location was great and close to restaurants.

Hotel check in is friendly, quick and efficient. Hot breakfast is a bonus with many items to choose from including scrambled eggs, waffles/pancakes, hash browns, sausages, bacon, pastries and fruit. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open until 11PM and clean with the use of robes from your room and towels from the front desk. I wish the rooms were bigger especially the bathroom. We stayed in a premium room with two Queen beds. Everything is beyond adequate with that being said. There are two parking lots if you find the first one filled and parking is free! Overall it was much better than I expected!

Great staff and room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet needs an upgrade. No cereal, yogurt, oatmeal options. Even ordering off the menu was limited. Old style menu. Bed was good. Parking good except one night there was a wedding and couldn’t find a parking space
