Just to point out, the washrooms have an automatic exhaust, all rooms have self controlled room temperature, and room rates are available that include breakfast, unfortunately the room rate you chose did not. We stay here multiple time this summer and were treated like family. The customer service was friendly and outstanding. Clean room. nice beds and a reasonable rate even on the weekend. . Thank you Anna S. (scooter) for your hospitality.

Great clean space for families, nice pool and breakfast(not included in all stays anyone though..) close to many attractions and right off main roads plenty of dining options within walking distance and some shopping too. It has a conference centre so we found it’s usually a bit busy

We checked in and our room is dirty. The floor is not clean there were crumbs all over the nightstands hung been washed. There were a ring mark still on it. The bathroom had mould around the shower, and they were black hairs all over in our sink we had to have our room cleaned while we were in it and it was awkward. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. It was cold, and the waitresses did not refill the coffee. They were also hairs in the food there this hotel is in desperate need of maintenance only one elevator, working no way to use the stairwells, the outside was absolutely shocking garbage dog poop litter everywhere they need to fix that garbage is packed to the rim. I was very surprised that this was a Best Western. It was not a good stay, and not up to best western standard. …

Great staff. Pet friendly. Was a quick stay. But I would return if I was in the area. I was unable to use the pool as we were moving. But it was a feature that attracted me. As well there looked like a good breakfast set up

The hotel is a great hotel for the price. The reception staff were very courteous and responded very well to inquiries and requests. The conference rooms are well spacious and the hospitality is very good. The rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, and microwave are also available in the rooms. The checkout process is very quick, and they meet all my expectations.

The title sort of covers most of my thoughts on this Best Western. The lobby was pretty filthy when we checked in, so they need to mop more often, and none of the hand sanitizer dispensers had anything in them, indicating neglect. We got the breakfast included with our room, but that doesn’t seem to be the case for everyone, and they were charging a whopping $18 a head for rubbery eggs, tasteless fruit salad, and toast. While most of our stay was lacklustre, the staff were all very friendly and was the only silver lining. Oh, and they limit the number of devices you can connect to their wifi.

We understand your comments regarding the lobby, I assure you it is mopped regularly, in fact several times each hour. Although we do our utmost to keep the floor clean, I am sure you can understand with the weather conditions and the traffic coming in and out of the hotel it is somewhat of a challenge. Regarding your comments on the breakfast buffet, again we are disappointed to read your comments, but I will comment that the buffet includes many items, more than what you mentioned.
