This hotel is affordable for a reason. It is a worthwhile hotel for the price but don't expect a high end hotel (you aren't paying for that). A few things worth noting: - we had a suite room (bed in separate room and living room area at the front). There is no air circulation in the living room part of the suite. If you close the bedroom door where the heat/AC is then the other room will get really stuffy. You will also want to have some sort of air going at night as it gets stuffy in the room - the beds are nice and comfortable and we found the bed to be clean - the main lobby is nicely renovated however the rooms are quite dated and older - breakfast is basic but had good variety (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle machine, serials, pastries/bread) - the rooms have been cleaned but are not clean...carpet is dated, walls are dirtier, fridge smelled, water stains on the roof. - the room was quite large - the bathrooms are quite dated and old - the lighting is horrible...when you flip the switch, the lights flickered and would take some time to come on. Electrical work definitely needs to be updated. - pool was cool in temperature but was clean and the hot tub was hot It isn't a horrible hotel...middle of the road. Just good to know what to expect so your expectations aren't crushed.…
Greatest time at this hotel. A great selection of food at included breakfast, and the staff are all amazing. Raj and Marian ensured our kids had the best time in the pool, and were so helpful and accommodating.
Checked in, went to my room beds had not been washed, got a new room still disgusting, comforter are all stained yellow like someone peed all over them. Disgusting place. Manger did nothing, we left and will never stay here ever! While I was dealing with all this 2 other guests where at the front complaining about dirtiness and service. Save yourself the hassle!
One of the least satisfying hotels I've been to lately. We stood in the lobby for more than 5 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in (there was no bell or anything). The staff was very quiet and meek while checking us in. The room was decent - it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool wasn't very warm, and the hot tub was anything but. I couldn't even get warmed up. The towels had to be requested at the front desk, and it wasn't even open until 9 am, which makes getting a swim in before leaving difficult. The breakfast was ok, but being an airport hotel, it was very busy. Having only 2 waffle makers made for long waits. I think the pancake machine would be better suited for the location. Overall the hotel was pretty dingy, and I will be skipping over it when coming through Calgary.…
Very good, front desk staff Marian was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of parking, good location. Pool and hot tub on the premises. Close to the airport so great when heading out of town!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the shuttle service is amazing and the stuff very courteous. Especially Marian and her manager Raj have been very helpful to us with the shuttle! Thank you again!
I booked a mobility accessible room for 4 nights for a trip I will be taking in June 2022. This room was advertised to be wheelchair accessible and specifically advertised a roll-in shower. There were no photos on the website, so I called the hotel and asked for photos to ensure that the room would meet my needs. The manager did send me photos as requested, but the photos showed a bathtub with a transfer bench and grab bar, NOT a roll-in shower. I advised that the room I booked advertised a roll-in shower and requested photos of that specific room, only to be told that they do not have any rooms with roll-in showers at this hotel. I have since cancelled my reservation and submitted a complaint to hotel management as well as Choice Hotels. It is unacceptable and misleading to advertise accessibility features if the room does not have these features. Had I not requested photos, I would have arrived to a room I would have been unable to use.…
