The gold floor is nice with great views, our room was amazing! Our bed was probably the comfiest bed iv been in for a hotel. The appie hr and breakfast was superb and I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing!!! They also had a desert waiting for us on arrival in our room! It's the little touches that...

We really enjoyed our one night stay! Our queen room was quite small, as was the bathroom, but it was adequate. We got a good pay ahead rate. The bed was very comfortable. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The Starbucks downstairs was a great surprise too!

Stayed for a night for business. Typical Fairmont standards. Recently upgraded. The best of what the original rail hotels have to offer. If you need to be downtown this is central to everything. Staff are helpful and the location can't be beat.

Had a really nice overnight with my son. Super friendly staff and a great experience all round. Breakfast was surprisingly good in the morning. Special thanks to Morgan at the desk for her help. I was disappointed to find no more complimentary newspapers though; reading an app on my phone is just not the same.

Really beautiful and plush hotel. Beds are super comfy, rooms are huge, food in restaurants is good, bathrooms are spacious and good amenities (shower over bath is a bit old fashioned but not bad), service is excellent.

Attended a conference there. Old building but beautiful ...I loved our view...clean room...liked the pool too. It's small but not bad...lobby is small too. It was my second time there....I like the location

While attending a conference in Calgary, we returned to the Palliser for the second straight year. I would strongly recommend this place for location and staff members alone, but the real value comes with two perks: valet parking, and fairmont gold status. Parking downtown is bothersome. Use the valet service, pull up in front of the hotel, and reduce your...

One side of the hotel is along the train tracks. If you are sensitive to noise you will want to verify where your room is in proximity to the tracks. This property is beautiful and they have valet parking. They allow large dogs but the nearest park I several blocks away.

I booked last minute on the phone and made some preliminary requests. The process was very smooth and check-in was swift. We were not satisfied with the first room that was offered, however Mr. Ouwaidat and Mr. Devdhar were very accomodating. They generously upgraded our room and arranged a complimentary bottle of prosecco with fresh strawberries for us to enjoy....
