Cheap rates, so expect any and all visitors welcome, including those who blast music and part on a weekday evening at 2am. If you choose to stay here (and I recommend you don't), be sure to ask for a room away from the stairs, as the door slams so loudly it woke us up repeatedly in the middle of the night. We booked this hotel because of the low cost and the free shuttle, but had to wait a ridiculously long time for the shuttle to pick us up. Spend a bit of extra money and book somewhere else.
the ac/heat smelt of mold so bad we had to go without for the night. The breakfast was the least assortment I have seen. The bed was OK but did sag a bit in the middle. The bathroom was clean and the towels were a good size and thickness. Still the air quality was so bad we would have changed but we got in late and there was little options.
Good clean room with a comfortable bed. This is an older property that is well used but it is clean. The only complaint I have as the horrible slow spotty wifi. There is a free breakfast and airport shuttle pickup as well. Close to popular restaurants, downtown and the airport.
I had a booking for a family of 4 ,I called twice in advance to say my plane arrived at 1 30 am. Ali took my details and said no problem. I arrived called for the shuttle and they had let my rooms go. Not even an apology, I'm now stranded at the airport with nowhere to stay. Its Bank Holiday weekend and everywhere is booked. Shocking service especially as I had called and told them of my late arrival.
My son (27) and his friend were traveling back to Saskatoon, SK from Vancouver and we paid for room with our credit card. When they that arrived (1:30am) the front desk person would not allow them to their room without a $100 damage deposit. He tried putting it on his credit card but your machine was not working. He had to call us and wake us up so we could scan a picture of our credit card and email to the front desk (which they already had cause we paid the room with it). This process took about an hour. When we booked the room we were assured that everything was good and they could just go and stay for the night. The front desk person was rude and threatened to kick them out if no damage deposit was paid.
Dirty room and lobby, lacklustre breakfast, whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheets in the room were dirty and I found hair in various places in the bathroom. Entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was unwilling to fix any of the problems
very terrible.. we were told that they don't come to clean the rooms until you check out,.. if you are there for a week the rooms does not get clean until you check out.definitely need new management ...
Friendly staff. Shuttle bus to airport included. The shuttle bus goes a little bit to seldom. Nice Rooms, good breakfast. Nevertheless the choice for the breakfast could be a little bit bigger City center far, but there are buses (not too seldom)
Don’t expect breakfast or a hot shower, no water pressure, shower bottom all wonky, no hot water, barely any food, waffle maker and pancake maker broker, just stay somewhere else and get a decent room shower and breakfast, this place isn’t worth saving a few bucks costs more in the long run
My room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was adequate with a good selection for continental. The front desk clerk was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the Wifi was good.
