Older style motel with basic facilities but quiet, easy parking right outside the room. A few decent dinner options within walking distance. Area seemed relatively safe at night, we were there on a Saturday night. No kettle in the room but we were able to borrow one from reception. Included breakfast was basic but good.

The room is old and need renovation. The heater was not strong enough. Luckily, staffs were very kind and helpful, she gave me a heater fan. The price is good value for money. Breakfast is simple but ok for the price.

I've stayed here before as it's consistently clean and reliable. The staff is always friendly, and it's a central location for Calgary. From here, I have access to Crowchild trail as well as 16th Ave and it's a quick jump to the Deerfoot. It's a no frills place but that's all I need.

Challenging flight of stairs for older [and overweight] folks; nice staff helped us move second day. Rooms not well designed for more than one person to move about the room at the same time. Decent table to sit at, good since breakfast room was too crowded and uncomfortable for eating; we took it to our room on a tray. Parking lot could use some resurfacing and removal of barely-visible obstacles and cables sticking out.

Nice and welcoming staff... however hotel needs to receive direct investment for upgrade of its facilities and infrastructure. No elevator, outside stairs for upper level, tiny reception, no place to sit down for breakfast.

Pro's: Was fairly quiet despite being on a semi major avenue. Room was clean. Bed was pretty good. Fairly spacious room. Mini fridge. Boston pizza in same parking lot. McDonalds next door. Great customer service (Laura called to check in, which I've never experienced in a motel) Con's: Very dated room. Bathroom felt like i stepped into the 1980s. Parking lot is tight

We are an older motel... but do put a huge emphasis on the cleanliness of the rooms and our customer service. Thank you.

Hotel is older but clean and good value. The pool was advertised as heated and it was, too often pools are cold. Staff very friendly. Easy to get to and convenient to Trans -Canada Highway. I had need to email the hotel prior to my stay and they were very prompt in responding and accommodating my special request
