To say this hotel was excellent would be an understatement. Between the team members, the quality of the facilities and other factors, this place gets an 11 out of 10!
Here is why:
- Front desk staff was helpful, kind, accommodating, patient. I arrived in one stormy late night and they were almost sold out, yet they took the time to kindly explain the few options available (i.e. which rooms had what views, difference in rates, etc). They even let me check out the room briefly before paying.
- Although it is several years old, it looks like it was built yesterday! The excellent state of facilities, furniture, washroom/shower, etc you can inspect the room with a fine tooth comb and you'll find it spotless, obviously good housekeeping preventative maintenance is a lifestyle of the management,
- When it comes to what are you getting for what are you paying, after seeing many hotels around the Calgary airport, this is at the very top of the list of value for money.
I absolutely recommend this place, I intended to stay one night, ended up extending to three. BTW the shower fitting is very convenient and the room doors have door-sweeps which keeps noise and dust out.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed one night for an overnight layover. The shuttle was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well appointed and the price was right.
Travelling with a 1 year old, I appreciated that the crib they were able to provide seemed brand new or very very well maintained. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here for sure.

Very convenient for us for the airport and a lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very quiet and good bed and bed linen. Room was just the right temperature and any air cond was very quiet. Got a great nights sleep and courtesy bus to the airport was bang on time and helpful, friendly driver.

If you’re looking to crash and get a good nights sleep before catching a flight or after landing, this place ain’t it. It does not facilitate a good nights sleep or relaxation
Not on par with other hotels at the same price point in the area.
- Pillows were like bricks with no variety. We had 8 pillows in our room and they were all hard and super high loft.
- All the lamps in the room were super white/bright LED lights that flickered.
- The bench in our room was broken.
- Decor is dated and tacky.
- I’m not a picky person when it comes to toilet paper… but man their toilet paper was rough.
You’d do better to stick with one of the many reputable brand hotels in the airport area.

The hotel staff treated us as second class residents because we booked with a third party booking website. We required a bath to bathe our infant child and our room featured a shower. The staff was unwilling to help us out due to our booking method.
Secondly, there is no flexibility with their airport shuttle. If you are not ready on the hour you will have to wait until the next hourly shuttle comes. This isn't helpful when you need to be at the airport within a reasonable amount of time.

Good morning jasOn01504, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As it turns out, the majority of our rooms have walk-in showers. We have minimal rooms with bathtubs, and these are rooms with two queen beds. If you booked a room with a king bed, there is no option for a bathtub. I am sorry if we were not able to accommodate you in a room of your choice. Yes, our shuttle runs every hour, on the hour. It is a complimentary shuttle, and we advise upon check-in to please book the shuttle. We hope that you had an enjoyable trip.

We booked this hotel way in advance(January 14th) due to the proximity to the airport and convenience of long term parking and the shuttle. We called to confirm long term parking and the shuttle was available as there is nothing on their direct website or booking.com that you have to book parking. Was told no you arrange with the front desk upon check in. Sounds great right?!?!! We arrive to check in on March 18th and are told the long term parking is full and they changed their policy “about 2 months ago” that you need to pre book parking and they were full. We explained that w had called ahead to confirm parking and the “assistant manager” basically said “too bad”. No apology. Blamed us. We explained we called ahead and she said we would have been told. She actually guaranteed me that the person we spoke too would have told us. Just turned into a big he said/she said. I was very upset that we were just dismissed and our business means nothing. If we would have known this policy we would have happily pre booked (thus why we called) felt they just didn’t care and we were just wasting our breath. This is my first time writing a negative review for a business. I guess this is just a warning to future guests.

Our goal is to great service and a remarkable experience but I am sorry if we didn't meet your expectations and were unhappy with the policy, Melissa. Our direct and online travel agent's websites don't offer long-term parking since we've been trying to prevent this from happening because our parking got extremely busy as a result of flight cancellations and delays. Reservations for long-term parking must be made by calling us directly, and these will always be based on availability. We understand your disappointment and everything has been explained to you at check-in, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Take care.

We stayed here for one night before our flight to Seattle. On arrival at Calgary airport we phoned for the shuttle to pick us up - it was there within 10 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 am approx and were given a room straight away. Check-in was easy and the staff were efficient, polite and friendly. The room was nicely fitted out and the bed comfortable, although I found the pillows a bit hard. There was a great walk in shower in the bathroom, which is preferable to us rather than standing in a bath. the restaurant was not open until 4 - 4.30 pm, but they had sandwiches, chips and other things you could buy at the front desk. Tim Hortons was a 15 minute walk away and was the closest shop to the hotel. Although an airport hotel it is away from any airport noise and was lovely and peaceful, we had a great nights sleep. We had dinner in the hotel that night and again the staff were wonderful, attentive, polite, efficient and friendly. The food was good too and it was not expensive. The hotel was very clean and all the staff we came across said hello which was nice. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Dear Management and Other Fellow Travelers,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your hotel. I had made a reservation well in advance and took the proactive step of calling ahead to confirm both my stay and parking arrangements, as I was traveling with my family, including a sleeping child, and had a long journey ahead of us.
However, upon our arrival last Thursday we were informed that the hotel could not accommodate parking due to a large function taking place. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the circumstances of it being late as we had travelled over three hours to get there, we had a sleeping child in the car and an early flight in the morning. The lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by the two desk staff members we encountered only exacerbated the situation.
Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that despite my confirmation call a week prior to our arrival, there was apparently no note on file regarding our parking needs. This lack of communication and organization reflects poorly on the hotel's management and staff.
Given the inconvenience and lack of service, we were forced to cancel our plans to stay at your hotel and sought accommodation elsewhere. Thankfully, the hotel next door was happy to accommodate us.
The suggestion to park at a park and fly facility was not a suitable solution. I specifically chose your hotel for its parking facilities, and had I known that parking would not be available, I would have booked elsewhere.
Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing and has left a negative impression. As a potential customer, I would caution others to consider alternative accommodations when planning their stay in your area. The extreme unprofessionalism caused us a lot of unnecessary stress.

Hi Keri, we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused you. As a valued guest, your comfort and convenience are important to us. As it turns out, due to the limited number of parking spots available at our hotel, we are sometimes unable to accommodate long-term parking requests, especially during busier periods like this month. Unlike dedicated on-airport parking services such as Park & Jet, our facilities are designed to cater primarily to short-term parking needs. While we typically strive to accommodate long-term parking, the increased demand has made it challenging for us. Due to this, we have to find balance with our short-term parking guests so they have parking spots during their stay. Upon reviewing your reservation, we noticed that no parking charge was attached. To streamline our processes and provide better service to our guests, we typically inquire about parking duration during reservation inquiries. This allows us to proactively allocate parking spaces and attach corresponding charges to reservations. However, if you called solely to inquire about parking fees without mentioning an existing reservation, our agents may not have automatically recognized your intent to avail parking. Please rest assured that your hotel room was ready and available upon your arrival; it was only the long-term parking option that we were unable to provide at that time. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we are continuously striving to improve our services and communication processes. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Take care.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, typically for just a night before flying off somewhere on vacation. We have have always found it to be clean, generally quiet, with helpful staff. They offer a shuttle service to the airport we we have taken advantage of on several occasions. We typically leave our vehicle here and the rates for that are reasonable and we have never had a problem with leaving the vehicle here. I feel the restaurant meals are a little overpriced but I'm sure we will be back in the future because overall this is a good quality hotel.

We went to this hotel as a referral, as we have clients who use Calgary hotels and we travel a lot to try this hotel to leave your vehicle and have the transportation. When we arrived from Our trip we called at 1038 we had our bags and was headed out for our ride . We got there and waited (it was cold ) we kept seeing all these other hotels transport. I called at 1058 they said the driver was already back did not see us there (. Which we were .) I did say how did he make it to the airport and back to the hotel in 20 mins . They pretty much said we were lying . They said he would come back to us to go wait inside . I called them back to say when would he be there as we don’t want him to leave us. They said ten mins. We waited frezzing for 20 then got a cab . They called us 20 mins after we got a cab saying he was still 5 mins away. Told them to late we got a cab and made it to our car and left. When I called to talk to the manger . She pretty much kept saying the driver said you were not there. I said why would we lie ? Pretty much the client is lying . There was another family member who also called . They said they never did . They were waiting as well.
I told my clients to please not use this hotel now , shared with them our experience and to go to the hotel that we normally go with due to I do not want clients or anyone to be put out like this . Nor low professionalism. I have ever seen dealing with clients. So please . Very unprofessional you are not guaranteed to be picked up one time. Never in my life dealt this with hotel .

Our goal is to give great service and a remarkable experience, Deborah. Our shuttle service operates as a courtesy for guests travelling to and from both the main airport and various hangars. Kindly note that waiting times may vary based on operational demands and road conditions. We spoke with the team, and despite the shuttle driver returning twice to pick you up, he didn’t see you at the post or station. That station is for all airport hotels, which is why we could not stay for long, but we made sure that all guests who called were picked up. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify that out of the three busy pick-ups, you were the only guest who reported not being picked up. No other guests experienced similar issues. We acknowledge your recent experience with our team, and while they made every effort to accommodate your calls, we must emphasize that aggressive and inappropriate behaviour is not acceptable. We value respectful communication and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

Hi Tracey, we have a luggage storage here at Hotel 11.
Parking is complimentary on your entire stay and long-term parking is available at an additional cost. Our parking is not underground but it is secured with upgraded CCTV camera and our team is also checking the parking lot time to time. Our suite rooms have the steam shower. I hope this information helps and we look forward to welcome you here at Wyndham Garden.
You can enjoy our swimming pool and hot tub for 24 hours.
