Cheap and okay place to spend the night. It's easy to get to and the rooms are fancy free but do fine. The 2nd floor rooms are too warm in the late spring and mostly likely summer months, but the rooms are air conditioned and...More

Very noisy, and the service desk person put us in a room right beside another room undergoing renovation. They started hammering and drilling at around 10:30 am. Very annoying, because it woke us up from our sleep....You can hear every noise coming from the hallway....More

If you don't smoke DO NOT stay here. Everywhere in the hotel smells badly of smoke, even on the "non smoking" floor. If I could afford to pay for yet another hotel tonight I would leave immediately. I literally had to go buy fabreeze to...More

Two questions, first re. the wheelchair - you are absolutely right - it would be extremely difficult to maneuver a wheelchair even if you were to manage to fit one in the elevator. It was the smallest elevator not to mention the filthiest elevator, I have ever seen in a hotel. To respond to the questions below about walking to and from Rexall Place, et me repeat that our taxi driver wouldn't let us get out until he had our luggage inside and then walked us right to the door. If you want to walk outside that hotel at night I would take security!
