This was such a great getaway for our family. We will definitely be doing this trip again. The hotel was quiet and my children were able to sleep through the night. We loved how convenient and accessible everything was.
Everything was amazing. From check in to check out, the experience was great. And it was so easy to do all of the attractions at the mall, and be right there! Don't let the price dissuade you. Worth every penny to stay in a theme room. Our kids (9&11) were in awe.
I had an overall very nice stay at the hotel and enjoyed the themed room very much as well as the L1 and L2 restaurants. I will definitely be wanting to return to this hotel. One complaint of mine would have to be that one of the elevators was working a little rough and it was concerning.
The convenience is great if you are planning to visit the mall attractions and/or shop, but the price is too high for the state of the rooms, I big upgrade is needed! I booked this stay with a promotional rate, I paid a fair amount at that rate but at the regular rate it is ridiculous.
I stayed here as a staycation with my partner for my 28th. For $730 for two nights we ran into issues we probably shouldn't have for spending the stupidest amount of money for the experience of a theme room. 1. Our jacuzzi did not work the first night and because we are night owls and love to relax around 2am we couldn't call for maintence at that time so we missed out for one night with the Jacuzzi (it was fixed for our second night but still sucks). 2. No complementary breakfast is kind of a slap in the face sadly. 3. Having 4 elevators is horrendous when everyone needs to cram into them, specially during a pandemic where I feel very uncomfortable being that close to strangers. 4. The walls are paper thin and the space between the door and floor of the main entrance to your room makes mornings atrocious with kids running in the halls at 7am screaming... Overall I would not stay here again if I had to pay full price, but it was a great staycation and the Roman theme was fairly nice despite the issues we had (I need a circle bed, damn) …
We stayed in the mid level Polynesian room and it is definitely not worth the price. No microwave, no complimentary breakfast, not particularly luxurious. We also found items left by previous guests in our room which makes me question how they clean. I would recommend staying somewhere off property to get more bang for your buck.
We stayed one night in one of the Western Family theme rooms. The rooms are a bit dated and we thought for the price we would be receiving a larger room, but the kids thought it was amazing. We could hear the neighbours tv very well which was a bit annoying late at night. So, maybe remember ear plugs if noise bothers you. The location is so fun though and it’s so wonderful for a quick visit that we will for sure go again. Overall it was great. Clean, everything worked, and bed was comfortable enough for one night.
We stayed in the superior room with 2 adults and 3 kids. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the day at the waterpark with discounted passes. Will definitely come back! Overall, an excellent experience.
The hotel is convenient located in the mall and has tidy rooms. The rooms could use an update, but they are clean and the staff is friendly. A great weekend for our kids to enjoy movies, bowling, swimming, skating, golfing, the marine attraction and an amusement park. Money well spent. We could have stayed busy for a few more days shopping and enjoying all the mall has to offer. We will be back.
Was great having the family room with the grandkids they loved the bunk beds with there own lights , and nice didn’t leave the mall had everything there we needed nice to just walk around the mall before things opened
