The utmost kindest, employees, honest, helpful. The rooms are kept in a state that everywhere has been hyper. Sun cleaned the towels are always fresh and smell good. The room never smells anything but like lemon pledge they go above and beyond to ensure their public spaces are clean That includes the pool, the breakfast is amazing which has bacon, eggs, bagels, cream cheese, and all sorts of cereals it’s one of the best breakfasts that comes with a Marriott… Marriott hits it out of the park with this location. We would come back here anytime we stayed for four monthsas we found it several homie.

The room was very comfortable. As older folks, we appreciated the walk-in shower as stepping over a tub is difficult. But the best part was the staff - very welcoming, caring and helpful as we waited out a long lay-over till our next flight. We hung out in the lobby after checkout; the staff did their best to make us comfortable.

We stayed here as a family (2 adults and 2 younger kids) for a single night before an early morning flight. The hotel is new and clean and the price was surprisingly cheap. I’m not sure if we stumbled on a sale but for the one night including all the hotel taxes was only $126.00 CAD. We booked it through Expedia if that helps anyone. The room had two queen beds and was a normal size hotel room with standard amenities. We quite enjoyed the option to sign into your own Netflix account on the tv.
The only negative thing we noticed was the free wifi is very slow and almost unusable. They have a higher speed option for $6 a day but we didn’t bother.
Overall we’re very happy with our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights August 11-15. We stayed on the 4th floor. The first room we checked into was not cleaned properly after the last guess. There were a number of hairs in and around the sink. We called down to the front desk and they moved us to a new room. I wouldn’t even mention this except I think it speaks to a bigger issue. Our next room was fine. There was a single hair in the bathroom but we could overlook it. We spent all day away from our room and when we came back before supper the room hadn’t been cleaned. Which was fine we didn’t really need it and we thought nothing of it. We had gone for breakfast Saturday morning and we noticed the housekeeping seemed to have skipped our room. They were on one side of our room and then gone completely from the floor upon return. So we made a note to ask for our room to be cleaned at the front desk on our way out for the day. We needed our garbage emptied (the can is tiny!) and some fresh towels. Plus my husband spilled his coffee on the bed the day before so the sheets were dirty. When we came back to our room that evening we noticed it had been cleaned. Bed made, some fresh towels and the garbage was taken care of. What we realized when we got into bed is they didn’t change the sheets. They were clearly dirty and they just made the bed anyway. They didn’t clean our room the next day either and we didn’t remember to ask so we just slept on the dirty sheets for one more night. This is a new hotel and the public areas are clean and well taken care of. The lack of daily housekeeping is unfortunate. If this is a new policy it would be nice to be advised at check in. Given our experience with both rooms I have doubts they are very thorough cleaning between guests. The air conditioning didn’t work very well at all. The room fluctuated between 71-74 even though we had set it to 68. Breakfast is also only available until 9 which kind of sucks when you are on vacation you don’t always want to get up early and gets very busy and picked over between 8:30/9:00. Would be nice if it was available until 10:00.

Our stay here was wonderful! Stayed for 4 nights in December 2024. We stayed in the bigger sized 2 queen room and it was huge. There was a couch that I realized later was also a pull out (didn’t test it for comfort level). The beds were comfortable and the pillows felt plush. Extra bedding was found in the closet.
We stayed at the hotel with one of five sports teams. The staff was exceptional in dealing with all of these people. The breakfast was slightly varied each morning and although items got snapped up, they were replenished even before going empty. Fresh, cold water was available in the lobby. The gym was above average. We didn’t use the pool. We did use both The Boarding Room and the Connections Room. Ashwin, the Director of Sales, was literally amazing to deal with. He responded so quickly and professionally to emails. I met him at the hotel upon check in and he was so genuine to make sure we had everything for our stay. I would stay here again based on how easy it was to arrange a team block and the meeting rooms through Ashwin. Rebecca, as well, at the front desk was so kind and patient at check in. We were always greeted by the front desk staff when we came in.
Highly recommend this hotel for everyone and for team travel 11/10.

If you like hot showers or even warm showers this is not the place for you. Asked twice to have someone look into why we had almost zero hot water at all times of the day and nothing was done. They offered for us to move rooms at 11pm while half of us were asleep and freezing from the ice showers.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accomodations. The built-in shower in my king bed room is far more useful to a business traveller than a tub. Biggest TV I have seen in a room. Very comfortable. The in room service was a bit disappointing because the lettuce and tomato looked old and slapped on my burger. The food receipt included in the final bill at check out was not itemized which caused grief when I filed my expenses. Included internet was slow and had to pay $5 to upgrade to be able to stream my business Zoom calls.

Right from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the hotel was very good. The staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful. Explaining that we had a very early flight, the desk clerk made sure we had a room back in a corner away from the traffic flow on the elevator and stairs. The room was large and very clean and quiet. There was a choice of 3 different types of pillows. And the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the food services and were away from the hotel before the free breakfast started but were offered coffee even though there was a Machine in the room. The shuttle was right on time (but the driver only made one stop - halfway between domestic and international check in locations.

The front staff was pleasant and courtesy. It was very quiet and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable. A big bonus is there’s a shuttle to take you to the airport for early morning flights. The front staff also provided us with breakfast to go (muffin, yogurt and fruit) as we were leaving before they open for breakfast. Very easy check n and check out. Highly recommend this place to stay if you need a place by the airport. Great value for your money.

Spent three nights at this hotel and spent the extra money on this stay as it was easy for access to the airport with the shuttle and paid parking.
Although with that said was disappointed with a few of our experiences during these 3 nights.
- Requested top floor corner (quiet space for family and young kids to sleep). The last night spent we there was loud pounding on the wall of the room next to us as our kids were just going to bed. Called and mentioned to guest services although the noise still continued
- WiFi is only free for your 1st night which again is not mentioned as you checkin or anywhere when booking. But after the first night they want you to pay a daily rate in order to connect.
- No proper signage for the “restaurant/lounge” and nothing mentioned upon checkin about the common tables in the main lobby other than the complimentary breakfast. So on the last evening my family brought food to hotel for dinner and set it up at the tables then being told this is a “lounge” and there is a policy of no outside food so we had to take everything elsewhere.
Overall as I paid almost double for this hotel then the ones across the road (5 min away) it is not worth what you get.

Hi Linda,
Breakfast on weekends starts at 6am till 10am. Saying that we would have coffee and continental out by 5am for our early guests.
We also provide breakfast bags at desk on request.
Yes we do have connecting rooms, they are subject to availability.
Yes I believe you get the first night free then $10 night after. Free shuttle both ways
