Comfortable bed. Disappointed that the pet fee has gone up since covid. Also disappointed that the complimentary breakfast from the past is not included. Breakfast is now $11.99 and the quality has decreased to what would be another hotel's complimentary breakfast. Definitely would not pay for the breakfast in the future. The Sawridge was always our go to hotel but there is nothing to draw me in now.

Amazing customer service - Rahel helped me out so much! I left my purse at the restaurant in Sawridge and I didn't even realize it. Rahel was able to track me down using my ID and contacted me through social media to let me know the hotel had my bag. Definitely went above and beyond and I appreciate it!

It started with a huge line up of people waiting to check in on Friday. Apparently there was a basketball tournament and the hotel was fully booked with teams & families. We checked in successfully and made our way to the room. The room itself was clean, if a bit bare bones. The mattress proved uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. In the morning, we discovered that we only had one set of towels so we called down to ask for another set. The front desk said that housekeeping didn’t arrive until 9:00 a.m. and we would have to wait! When we came back to the room later in the day, housekeepers hadn’t been and never did come - bed not made, etc. We had to go find a housekeeper to get another set of towels so we didn’t have to share again. It was noisy too - kids from the tournament running up and down the halls at all hours, and slamming doors. To top it off, one of the two elevators was not working.…

I have business in Edmonton so I travel there for two days once or twice per month. I have stayed at several different properties during my six years. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and has great room rates. The restaurant is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I forgot to mention that all of the staff are very friendly! See you again the end of April!

I booked our hotel stay through Airmiles on th 9th for the nights of 17-18. Arrived late and did not check room. Have stayed at the Sawridge before and alway had a modern room. This room was old. Only noticed noticed the bathroom was not clean in the morning. Was gone all day. In the evening we noticed a sticky candy stuck in the carpet, dust on the furniture, dirty curtains, etc. Felt we paid to much for the room. $170 including tax. Phoned and talked to housekeeping who were friendly and sory for what happened. Tried to talk to management but was screened by the front desk. One week later and many calls still have not been able to get to talk to management. Will not ever stay here again. Oh yah, no room service available.

Dylan at the restaurant was awesome. Great service! Nice cozy and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant and lobby. Recommend the chicken sandwich in the restaurant. Front desk staff were also helpful at check in.

The front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and beds were nice. The indigenous atmosphere was very nice and had a relaxing feeling with the dim lights and fireplace with cultural art and dress.

Dylan was really a good server. The food was good and most the ambiance. We really enjoy our time together. I recommend this place for sure. Quiet and decent. Good for family to stay with but if you want to have a just you and your partner this place is a go place.
