My husband took me to stay at this hotel because we have both stayed here in the past and we enjoyed it. We were upgraded to the apparently renovated side of the hotel. Other than the television, I couldn't actually tell what had changed. It looked like the same thing to me, but whatever. It was a complementary upgrade so...

My husband and I brought our 2 kids for a one night stay. Hotel is nice if a little bit outdated. Kids had a blast at the water slide. Pros: -Staff is friendly and helpful -Room was clean -Beds are comfortable -Hot tub temp was good -The attached Smitty's restaurant had good food as well as fast, friendly service Cons:...

Thank you for your review. Yes the pool is a bit on the cold side to stay within health standards. I am happy to hear that the location and the hotel meet your needs during your stay.

The hotel was clean and so was the room. The hotel is conveniently located near West Ed Mall and the ring road. The room came with a Keurig coffee machine vs. the standard coffee machines. The temperature in the room was hard to regulate, it was either really hot or the AC unit was one with the fan blowing all...

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I am sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted due to some of the other guests staying. Unfortunately due to a elevator circuit board burning out our elevator was down for the week during your stay. Due to a large even at the west Edmonton mall on the weekend...

We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms were clean and nice. I was a little disappointed as I had requested 2 rooms to be adjacent. They put us across the hall and one door down from our kids..not exactly ideal. The location was convenient and the pool was excellent. The thin bed spread was made from...

It's convenient for us to stay here but it's getting a bit shabby. Everything in the room is old and stained. Found a cigarette butt on the coffee maker and a huge long hair on the side of the shower. Screen on window broken and the air conditioner is very loud. The pool and water slide are fun though.

We stayed here over the long weekend. Got a king suite. Price was excellent and the service was amazing. Easy check in and check out. Very clean room (former housekeeper). Updated room as well. Lovely

I had reservations here only because Best Western was booked. I hated Travelodge as soon as I drove up to it. Gross old air conditioners in windows. So outdated inside. They advertise a restaurant in house but it has been closed for years. I cancelled my reservations even though I knew I would not find another vacancy. I pulled off...

Thank you sharing your concerns with us. I’m sorry to hear that you chose not to stay with us as we would have appreciated the opportunity to showcase all of the wonderful changes and renovations that have been made to the property over the last couple of years. We enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Even got a round of golf in at a course close by. The room was always always made up and they even prop up my sons teddy's on the pillows.

Even though it has a waterslide for kids at this West End Edmonton location… We far prefer the south Edmonton travel lodge location for it's vastly superior service and cleanliness… on the southside We find the architecture aging, coupled with the carpets aging, coupled with the lack of General cleanliness and appearance of disorder… A turn off We would not...

A great cozy and quiet hotel that is affordable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We just wanted to getaway from everyday life in the city we live in, and drove a few hours to visit Edmonton...if you are traveling here I recommend this hotel :)
