Everything is perfect. Staffs are courteous, kind and very welcoming. When you need anything you just have to call the front desk and they’ll help you for what you need. They are very prompt in providing assistance
This place is very old and dated but price reflects that. Unfortunately beds are WAY to hard to sleep and I am not picky about beds(nice clean bedding though, can say that). Checked out early. Staff friendly and professional.
The bed sheets had blood on it. Which means that room was simply tidied up not actually clean. I always pull the sheets off the bed before we get it. But this time i left my water at the front desk and had to return leaving kids with hubby in the room only for the kids to get in the bed. My husband asthem to get out until i get back. But they already went in it. Ages 3 and 7. I took the sheets blanket off upon my return and there was blood on the sheets. Dried blood. So housekeeping just made the bed with the same sheets.
They didn’t tell us the pool and weight room were closed. Hotel room was dirty and visible mold in bathroom. The staff clerk when we checked in wasn’t nice, the check out staff was nicer. Vending machines with drinks were all empty.
It was a cheap hotel that’s for sure but it wasn’t even worth the money. The room that we were in had black spots all over the sheets and the bed covers were stained as well. On top of that, the website mentions a swimming pool and so does the panel right outside the hotel but once you check in the staff will let you know that the pool is closed. Next, the breakfast was terrible and we had no choice. They didn’t even try actually. Little brown paper bags. Even water was hard to get and the elevators don’t work so you need to carry everything up the stairs by yourself. All in all, terrible experience.
