We were told some rooms have been redone, but we didn't get one and I will not use this Econo again. Not only because it badly needs cleaning up and redoing but because all rooms are up the stairs. For those of you who are looking for a quiet place this is not it, as a railroad runs by the...

It looks like they've redone the outside of the building, but the inside really needs work. Our room really needed a thorough cleaning & updating! The smoke alarm on the wall was so full of dust, I doubt it would even work! The walls desperately need a paint job & the bed was very hard to sleep on. Too firm!...

Recently some rooms renovated, but one I got was dirty, not properly cleaned, the front desk is crazy lady and lot of in house customers were complaining and that gives bad report for choice hotels and I do not know where the choice hotel management are or area manager. Have to do something

The most confrontational manager I've ever met. So incredibly rude that we would have left if we had the energy. The room was not very clean, most of the linens and towels were stained, the train behind sounds like it's in your room, the shower turns into a bath because it doesn't drain, seems like the construction has come to...

When I spoke to the owners about a problem with theft in the room of a minor item, they called me a liar, and proceeded to yell and berate me. Told me that they didn't have time for this and I was free to call the police. I have never been treated this way at any hotel and was astonished...

The front of the hotel is under construction. There was really no place to park except on the street. The clerk was friendly. Went to room real quick to turn on AC so room could cool while we went yo eat dinner. It was a joke, it's placed above bathroom sink with duct tape all around it. When we came...
