Our room had torn sheets, no air in the room, neither hot nor cold............coudn't open the window because someone from another building was looking straight into our room. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless you come from slums, this would be...

The hotel is located in the downtown of Edmonton city near the bus stop & subway station. The room is spacious & comfortable, the breakfast is good, since the hotel is the choice of tour groups, so breakfast may crowded in certain period. There is one Chinese restaurant in the first floor, & one can walk less 5 minutes to...

This hotel is old, worn out and in need of TLC. The Good. Hmmm. I guess location as it is downtown even though the bars around this location seem to be low end as we noticed all the drunk people wandering around. Uncomfortable feeling when a fight brakes out on the street outside the hotel in front of you. On...

I booked 4 rooms for family members who were all coming to Edmonton at a different time for a funeral. We received a compassionate rate from the hotel without even asking. When it came time to checkout, family in each room paid their bills (it was booked under my credit card) and their was no hassle with this. The breakfast...

This hotel is run down. We had an inside room with a view of the pool. You could not adjust the heat in the room so we cooked all night. Only nice thing about this hotel was walking distance to rogers place.

The best characteristic of this hotel is its location - close to many downtown venues and just over a block from a LRT station. The breakfast included is also a welcome perk and met expectations as far as selection and general quality. The bed was comfortable, but the room and the building as a whole show its age. The room...

Grubby, rundown downtown Edmonton hotel. Stayed 2 nights this weekend. Walls were dirty, went out and bought some cleaning wipes to clean the walls. Hotel rooms are on central heating and cooling, no options to climate control your room. Front desk offer for a fan was excepted but still unbelievable rooms are very warm and uncomfortable. Everything in the room...
