The hotel is falsely advertised, there is no lounge or bar in the hotel, nor is it near NHL games or shopping as well, the restaurant opens when it pleases. This hotel is in a very poor end of town...not safe. Both nights we were woken up to fights in the halls and police arresting people. You can't walk outside...

Rooms were clean and well maintained, and service was amazing. Melissa in housekeeping was friendly and helpful, she even brought our kids some hot chocolate along with the extra towel we requested. All in all it was a great place, the restaurant wasn't too bad and there was many different food options just a few blocks away. Will definitely stay...

Broken window letting in freezing air, broken thermostat, so we couldn't even turn the heat up. All the lights except for one in the bathroom were burnt out. Stains on the pillows and duvets. Garbage and dirt on the floor. I knew the hotel wouldn't be amazing because it was cheap but this was unbelievably bad. We complained but the...

The place is nice. The building needs some work but who can complain when they give the best rate available. The staff was really nice. Housekeeping was good and they were friendly. Next time I am in Edmonton I will stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

I had booked two rooms and they changed my double queen to a room with a king size bed which was nice. Rooms were clean, noisy during the night due to doors slamming and persons yelling. Room was cold wished there was additional blankets.

Very good hotel. Nice view from the upper floors. Good price, quiet and nice rooms. Good sized beds, very comfortable to sleep on. Overall a very good stay. I would stay there again if I am back in Edmonton.
