Despite the sketchy neighborhood the hotel is located in, the service was great. The views of Edmonton's skyline were awesome at night. We ran into a problem in the room; the tv did not work. Shay, the lady working at the front desk, was happy to move us in a room down the hallway despite failed attempts at fixing the...

The staff is very nice, the room looks ok, but that does not make up for the fact that the neighborhood is REALLY SCARY!!! The parking lot is totally run down, strip bar is right under thew hotel. This is the shadiest area I have ever stayed at.

We booked this hotel so we were able to walk across the street to the Rexall Place.. Check in was fast and friendly and we found out we got a free upgrade from Dwayne. We got a suite instead of the King size room we had booked. The suite itself is very nice; top floor, corner room. I did notice...

I was in Edmonton for a concert. The venue was only one train stop away, so very convenient. My room was clean and overlooked the liquor store behind. The room temperature was fine, I like it cool, however others told me that their rooms were hot and you cannot adjust the temperature. The hotel staff seemed most pleasant. The room...

Great place to stay if your planning on attending an event at Rexall Place across the street. Check in was quick and the room was clean except for some hair in a corner on floor in the bathroom. The furniture was scratched up some but other then that, the place was ok. The a/ c worked alright, the bed was...

On a busy road so.ask for a quiet side. Free parking in ajacent parkade. Avoid if there is an event at Rexall Centre as it is directly opposite and it will be busy and noisy. Rooms are the usual setup.
