Horrible conditions in the room at the back shown to me. The room was very tiny but contained a single bed, sink and toilet, and narrow shower stall. The condition of the walls was poor, showing nails sticking out. Only use in emergency.

I visited a couple who stayed at one of the rooms at Beverly Motel for few days - I was not impressed of what I saw. We talked and did touched the topic of the room rate per night that they were charged - I was shocked. I checked the Internet for hotel rates in downtown area of Edmonton and I was able to find better accommodation for the price of less than $100/night. This place charged $150/night.
