Very fast and friendly check in. Lots of food choices. Before 5 in pub food is half price. Casino had lots of choices for machines, we aren’t table people. It’s nice the smoking is separated. Rooms are clean. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout the facility. Close to Costco, costco business centre and West Edmonton mall. Shopped all day, played all night.

Our first stay at the River Cree but it won’t be our last. The rooms, casino & restaurants were all very clean. There are always a lot of staff working whom were all very pleasant. The shower had great pressure & the bed was very comfortable, every room is equipped with a Mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. There are so many places to eat at any time day or night. In Tap 25 they do a $5.99 breakfast which was very good & every day between 2pm & 5pm they have 50% off the entire menu. There is also The Kitchen, Fatburger, grab & go, Italia & Asian. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus to & from West Edmonton Mall, reception will give you a timetable. All in all if you’re looking for a hotel in Edmonton we can’t recommend the River Cree enough. Absolutely loved our stay here.

We stayed here for the first time. The rooms was great, clean, good blackout drapes. We ate at Italia restaurant, had wonderful food, great service. Played too much in the slots, chairs were always nicely pushed in, no smoking in the main slot area…but available in Embers. We had breakfast in The Kitchen, the service was great, as was the food. I’d say that the River Cree is very focused on good service, attention to the fine details. The hotel, restaurants, gaming areas, washrooms, are very clean. The security is very present, which we liked. Will stay again

I was here doing a workshop at this resort and I found it to be a great place to be for a few days. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious. A few restaurants to eat at and the staff were wonderful. About 25-30 minutes from the airport which was okay. The casino was not to loud which was nice.

Bad experience Go elsewhere be much better prices at other hotels $459 a night Paper thin walls, noisy, rude staff, extremely high prices terrible food,expensive drinks, will not attend this venue again

Paper thin walls you can hear drunk Indians screaming and shouting all night. Extremely expensive for a bed and a running faucet oOoOooo running water. There are also no signs anywhere in the building stating when Quiet times start and end. West Edmonton mall Inn has better rooms for 100 a night.

We stay a couple of days a month and River Cree is our favourite hotel in Edmonton. The room is wonderful and always clean. It’s nice to have a microwave, coffee and a fridge in the room. The bed is so soft and comfortable. The entire staff, from check in, to housekeeping and security are always helpful. Can’t beat the early bird specials or 1/2 price afternoons for a meal at Tap. The Kitchen specials are good as well.

After a very long day I really needed a good nights sleep and good hot shower. And did the Cree deliver that. The shower was prefect. So much I am looking for the shower head on Amazon lol. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Staff here are always great. We also went down for breakfast and it is totally worth it. Everything is fresh and huge portions. This is a must stay place.
