Boiling water flowed from the cold and hot water taps. I couldn't shower properly. They changed my number, but they had the same problem. I spoke to my neighbors at the hotel (my colleagues) and they had the same experience.

I'm am always impressed when I stay at this hotel. You felt safe as soon as you entered the building, the rooms are always spotless and the staff is helpful and friendly. A great buffet breakfast that is served for you along with a cook to order option. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Fort McMurray.

I was really happy to see our COVID-19 protocols noted in your review. We have added many layers of disinfection from our We Care Clean Program and surface protection program to ensure a healthy environment for our guests and members of our own team. We are the only hotel in Fort McMurray to have utilized Integral Surface Protection to spray the entire facility to ensure our surfaces, guest touch points, remain safe. Integral actually comes back to do testing in our guest suites and public areas to ensure there is no degradation happening on the surfaces. We are 90 days in to the program and the results really are outstanding. I also wanted to let you know our Food & Beverage team will be really pleased to see your breakfast comments. The best of the best!
From the minute you check in to the last minute of check out you feel like you are taken care of. Every year we use this hotel for our accommodation for work and every time it exceeds our expectations.
There are always few people at the front desk so the check in/checkout is quick and efficient. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, nice warm duvet blankets, multiple pillows to choose from and their own thermostat to adjust the room temperature. Free hot buffet breakfast is to die for, offering coffee, eggs your style, delicious sausage, potato wedges, different vegetables and other multiple items, cereals. If you want a breakfast to go, no problem, talk to front desk. There is sauna, gym and other amenities for use. Free Wi-Fi.
The staff is very professional, great customer skills and willing to help in any situation. Great team!
This hotel is modern, beautiful and very pleasant to your eye. Enjoy your next stay at this international level Best Western!

My husband and I recently traveled to Fort McMurray for a family event. This hotel was recommended to us by a family member who has stayed previously, and we were so happy we chose this hotel. Our room was very nice - spacious, comfortable bed, nice view, very clean kitchenette with all amenities. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and the staff were very helpful beginning with check-in, breakfast, room service/cleaning and the use of the small conference room for a family baby shower. It was a wonderful event due to the care and attention from the hotel staff - the food, decorations and overall service far exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much to all the staff and the Manager (Paul) for a wonderful stay.

Friendly service and very comfortable for business travel. Suites have laundry and the market area at front desk is a convenience for snacks or sundries on the go. Breakfast was warm, fresh and quick. Overall welcoming atmosphere with everything needed to be comfortable as a business traveller or family. Ample parking and super clean. Will stay again.

You won't find a better hotel to stay at , and especially if you spend more time in hotels than you do at home. The staff are available 24/7 and always make sure that you have everything you need. The ladies that work the breakfast rush and the bar are super friendly and always make sure you have everything you need .the service in this hotel is definitely one of the best.

Good morning - The Hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
We do offer discounted Cab Service on return, from the Hotel to the Airport.
Thank you for asking yes we do offer a room service menu.
As breakfast is complimentary with an omelet station and french toast or pancakes
made to order that is only available in the restaurant and not through room service.
If it is a special occasion or just a night away from home, let us know what you would like and we will make it happen if we can.
