Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Rooms are nice and modern. Beds could be more comfortable but not bad. There is a full sized fridge in the rooms. Free hot & cold breakfast: Juices, teas, hot chocolate, water, Iced Tea, cereals, porridge, pancakes, muffins, pastries, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, & condiments.
Tuesday nights at the hotel there is FREE wine, Beer and appetizers for guests.
Lots of close shopping and restaurants nearby.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Large, comfortable rooms with good desk layout for working, separate table for meals and full size fridge and freezer for ice cream from the easy walking distance grocery store. Friendly and very accommodating staff and management. Thank you, looking forward to my next trip to Grande Prairie.

One of the best hotels in Grand Prairie...the check in process was very fast. The room was very clean. The customer service is very good. The staff was very helpful and nice. There is a safe, and an iron in the room. There is also a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine with pods). The bathroom was very clean, and there was a bath robe and different towels. The room was very quit. It was an enjoyable stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very nice. However there seems to be quite a problem with people partying. We stayed there about a month and in that time there was probably 10 nights where we didn’t get any sleep. I think that is a really high number. We travel a lot for work and we eventually moved because of it. When I was talking to the manager she said she was sorry but never offered any compensation so I went to look for somewhere else to stay. When I was checking out she thought that she had told me we were getting a free night but hadn’t. I did receive one free night. One other worker complained and hadn’t been there as long as we were and didn’t hear all the noise we had and was given four free nights. I was very upset when I heard that. Not once did we get upset at them over what was going on. Not very impressed!

First time at this establishment but certainly won't be my last. From the moment I checked in till the moment I left, I was treated like gold. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is friendly. helpful and courteous. Someone has put a lot of time into hiring the right people and training them properly. I'm quite sure that person is Rene, the hotel manager. My goodness. what a gem. For someone not from this area she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Il wouldn't have gotten all my work done if it wasn't for her. Kudos to the person or persons who found her. This hotel is located right across from a casino. Being person who loves a game of chance this was a bonus. Great place to have a drink and eat also. Thanks again Rene and staff for all your hospitality. See you again

Stayed at the hotel last week and let me tell you, the lobby was BUSY! Many check ins, but the front desk was friendly, courteous and FAST! Greeted everyone with a smile and took the time to chat briefly. Have in the past and was greeted with happy to see you again. Went down for Guest Appreciation night and the place was packed. The food was delicious and the General Manager was there as always. Greeting every guest, stopping at every table to chit chat. Do yourself a favor and stop searching....This i the place to stay.

I must say that my stay with you was absolutely amazing, Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. while am in GP the Encore suites will always be my hotel of choice.
