I stayed at this hotel in July and I won't be staying here again. The only good thing about this place was the staff. The hotel itself is so neglected, for instance I stayed on the 2nd floor and got off the elevator and turned left to find my room, well all you can hear as you are walking down the hallway is broken tiles under the carpet, it wasn't just one or two it was a ton of them. Tell me why you wouldn't have fixed that? The bathroom had hair in the tub as well as on the floor. And the biggest for me is they say on the website as well as on their phone recording that they will give 250 Aeroplan points per stay, well that is an outright lie. I called to ask why I still hadn't received my miles for a few other stays as well, only to be told they no longer take Aeroplan, so I asked why then is it on your website as well as your recording. FYI...I have tried several times (5) to get ahold of any manager to ask why if they no longer accept Aeroplan that it is still on their website as well as sending an email last week to the General Manager, I still haven't heard a thing. I have also left my phone number for one of the managers to call me. I have stayed here several times only because of the Aeroplan offer, never again.…

The staff at check in is great friendly and knowledgeable all the staff is awesome the ladies at the spa treated my wife her words like a queen she was very impressed. Sonia in Jax grill was just great loved her service personality and it was just great

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the rooms are disgusting there’s mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. There’s water damage everywhere the prices for the restaurant are outrageous as the food isn’t that good. The only good thing about the place is the staff. As I travel a lot and stay in many hotels this one ranks up there as the worst bang for your buck do not stay here if you value your time and money.

Terrible! After two nights we realized the sheets haven’t been changed and we where sleeping on someone’s blood. The front desk offer no solution so I demanded to speak to the manager who was more concerned over the fact I was angry than what it actually happened. He will conduct an investigation and follow up with me. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

This is an average hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but only one of the lifts was working during our 2 day stay, and we were told at breakfast that there was no milk provided in the hotel. If you are a tea drinker, you definitely do NOT want to put some sort of artificial "dairy creamer" in your cup!

Standards have dropped, concierge did not help with spa bookings, mold in the shower, TV kept cutting out....called front desk to I form them, they just kept saying it was being "reset'. 4 very small pillows on a king sized bed. Just not what you expect for paying $167 a night.

We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to do so again this year. (Although unfortunately this year's room wasn't nearly as nice and overlooked a roofline.) Beds are very comfortable. (Rooms could use some updating and have USB chargers and more plug ins. I had to unplug a lamp to charge my computer.) The free breakfast was excellent!

Booked for a honeymoon and am fortunate to have a patient loving wife. This place is a run down, broken, uncomfortable mess. I had room 411. Broken phone and blinds, threadbare towels and a bathroom with a toilet hidden in the smallest closet I've ever seen. Stayed at another hotel the night before, paid half as much and got 10 times the room. Absolutely mortified by my experience. Nothing luxury about the place and in booking here I've started a marriage with the most wonderful woman in the most dissappoining way.
