We recently stayed at Becker's renting a riverside Cabin over this past Thanksgiving Weekend - Oct -2021. Sadly to say we have never encountered so much disappointment with the overall services. My wife and I felt disrespected and 'Not heard' as a customer coming there all the time. Cabins were filthy when we check in with dust and other things in corners. Washroom was way to small for being 6 Ft. The restaurant was a disaster with the the Thanksgiving meal, the Restaurant manager (Lady) was totally rude and requires management skills to accommodate bringing quality services to her customers. We felt we were rushed to finish our 3 course meal. We felt like just a number, get in and push you out. The Cabins need updates, old couches and furniture etc. Beds are small (doubles) need queen beds to accommodate comfort. I think the property owners don't care, if they did they would be addressing some of these real concerns. Disappointment experienced.

We were ready for a mini-break, away from the city and an escape from the restrictions imposed by covid . We found a little piece of heaven at Beckers! Our chalet was spacious, we each had a bedroom, the kitchen area is excellently fitted out, the sitting area cosy and in front of a fireplace. We both agreed that we had the best sleeps for weeks, very comfortable beds and linens. We were impressed by the measures taken to comply with covid regulations. The overall result: I have praised our stay so much my family are already planning to go there next July!

We stayed here previously in 2017, and were happy to find a vacancy for two days in September. We had cabin #33 (3 bedroom) right on the riverfront. Check-in was quick at the front desk. Parking is right outside the cabin. The cabin was really cute. It had a small kitchen, with an amazing view of the river. We made breakfasts in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. Three bedrooms were fine. One has two twin beds, but it would be nice if one of the other rooms had a queen or king size, instead of both double size. The linens were exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was great, with heated floors. Small shower stall, but that was ok. Living room was cute, with four chairs, a coffee table, tv and fireplace. We bought the fire logs from the front office so we could have a fire. But the best thing … location and view. You step out the front door to the greatest view of the mountains and the Athabasca River. So beautiful. I will definitely be back!

We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The cabin was equipped with what we needed and the scenery from our balcony was beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained; front desk staff very friendly and quick to respond to any question. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
