My first impression was the incredible setting- majestic mountains, forest, and the almighty Athabasca River. I can honestly say that I don't think I've ever had such a genuinely warm welcome as Amy gave us when we arrived here. She made sure we were all set and answered any questions we had. My husband enjoyed a few conversations with Ryan and found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Our little cabin was perfect for the two of us, and was immaculately cleaned. It was an awesome experience sleeping with the window open, falling asleep to the river below. Once in a while we'd even hear a bull elk calling nearby. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Thank you Jasper House Bungalows staff for an incredible stay our first time in JNP!

We loved our time here! Just outside Jasper townsite, so no city noise at night. Situated right along the Athabasca River for great peaceful walking spots. Adirondack chair and picnic tables scattered around the grounds. The rooms are clean, with fridge, coffee, small table & chairs. Seriously the perfect spot! The restaurant onsite has a nice outdoor patio area with great views of the mountains.

We have stayed here for 5 nights in cabin number 20, which is a junior suite with lake view. The view is amazing and you can enjoy your dinner while listening to the river. If you are lucky you can see elks or bears at the river. The suite was well equipped with a small kitchenette (oven mit two fields, refrigerator, microwave, toaster), TV, small couch and separate bed room and bathroom. Everything was clean. Parking space for one car direct in front of your cabin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elk village restaurant had very tasty food. The prices are a little bit high but you will get a great view.

We had a great stay at Jasper house bungalows, we stayed in cabin 28 with a gorgeous view over the river. Checkin was great and they did give you a warm welcome. Cabin was clean and the Elk restaurant has amazing tacos. It’s an easy drive into Jasper town.

I was here with my husband and 70 year old parents August 27-29 2021 staying in bungalow #30 which is right by the river. We got exactly what we wanted, which was a spacious cabin for 4 adults with a kitchenette to make breakfast in and space to hang out in for the evening. The kitchenette came with a frying pan, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave fridge & stove. My only disappointment was the cookie sheet provided did not fit in the oven. There were adirondack chairs and a picnic table outside the cabin for our use. The best part was the elk herd that visited us at 7 am, we got to see the buck up close from our bedroom window! The location which is outside of Jasper is perfect as a home base as you explore the area. I will definitely return to this idyllic place!

Not fancy, but good place to stay if you are planning to spend most your time outdoors. Great location along the river. Close to the townsite - we rode our bikes to town every morning for breakfast. We had a junior suite where the living/eating area overlooked the Athabasca River. There were chairs outside this area for enjoying the outdoors. The suite had one small bedroom and a pullout couch. The kitchen area is tiny but functional- it has a small fridge, two cooking burners, a small toaster oven and a microwave. Very little counter space. There is a coffee maker and coffee available.

Stayed for 3 nights with our family in July 2021. We loved the location bit away from the Jasper crowds but this is what we wanted. On the river and did some great hikes from our room. The cabin was good bit simple but good. The furniture was a bit dated but still all passable. The night air was cool enough so did not need AC and also had a fan in the room but did not need it. The location of the Tv was not very good as it is facing the kitchen area instead of the living room which we ma it work. Was able to park in front o our door which was very handy. My only complaint which is minor is they do not provide any knives except butter knives hard to cut meat or a piece of bread with a butter knife and they only provide vey small drinking glasses. When I checked out they stated if I came to the front desk they might have been able to accommodate me but maybe so but they should just provide these items. The staff at the front desk were all very nice and friendly. They do not provide any cleaning or service each day. They said do to COVID but travelled for 3 weeks and every other place did provide service but not a big deal. The only reason I did not give them 4 out of 5 is the price to the accommodations I felt did not match. At $400 per night thought would be a bit higher end. And more service. A nice cabin in a great location with friendly staff.

We spent two nights here and had such a great experience, from check-in to check-out. We were welcomed by Amy (Aimee?) and she couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We also loved our little cabin - which had everything we needed - and the location was just perfect. Oh, and the visiting elk in the evening were such a lovely little surprise! We were also really, really impressed with the on-site restaurant. Excellent food, excellent happy hour specials and excellent service from Patrick. We can't wait to return to Jasper House Bungalows!

We chose to stay here for a couple of nights over our anniversary. The bungalow wasn't exactly what I expected but turned out great. There is a separate bedroom which is nice and we were on the river. We sat in the chairs (provided) and enjoyed the evening, walked the beach and watched rafters float down the river. Early morning viewing was a deer with 2 fawns playing in the river - what a treat.
