We spent four days at the FJPL in a lakeside Ridgeline cabin. Our family took advantage of many of the experiences offered including the spa, pool, planetarium, having a chef come and prepare a meal and of course hiking and biking around the property. Paddy the concierge was terrific and the same can be said about all the staff that we had contact with. Just a great place to stay, be pampered and relax.
Exceptional service from Patrick the concierge, Julian in the restaurant , the chalet Maids, Jessica in the boutique and everyone in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team here. Having food allergy they prepared a special salmon which was delicious.. The steak was cooked to perfection, and we are difficult when it comes to steak. We dined in the restaurant every night choosing to sit in Julian’s section as he went beyond to ensure everything was as we wanted. The chalet was very comfortable and the young ladies who cleaned the room, although new, did a really neat job. Thanks to the Manager and all who made our stay so enjoyable
our guest experience went above and beyond - EVERY member we spoke to, was so friendly and helpful and absolutely lovely to converse with - EVERYONE was fabulous - we had a wonderful trip, our stay was absolutely remarkable
This is old property with lots of cabins that Fairmont Hotels has taken over and is upgrading. Employees are wonderful. There's a golf cart to move guests around. Heated pool and hot tub were great. Best was the experience in the main dining room. James, our server, was prompt, friendly, professional, and helpful. We only wanted a little to eat and we were served as well as if we'd spent a lot more. Food came quickly, and he even brought my husband an iced tea without asking. Food was really tasty, too. We enjoyed it MUCH more than our experience in the main dining room at the Fairmount Chateau Lake Louise.
