Well they told us we were getting queens and they gave us doubles, only 1 burner works and the oven gave off a burning smell as soon as you turned it on. Very noise above and around us, the staff did not enforce the quiet time and we had stomping children up and down the halls at all hours. Overall it was okay but probably would not stay here again.

Dear melanierA2931JQ, Thank your for your review. It is disappointing that we were unable to meet your expectations and that you found the room too noisy during your visit with us. Jasper is a lively town and we security onsite to assist with this. We also would have been happy to find you a quieter room for you as well. Your comfort is of the utmost priority at the Lobstick Lodge and it is unfortunate that this was not brought up to us during the evening. Regarding the oven, I will be notifying my maintenance team about the issue. We hope you will give our hotel consideration in the future and thank you for your feedback. Regards, Bronson Albano Guest Services Manager

Honestly, I was expecting a lot more for the price... I know it's in Jasper, but regardless. Was essentially a Super 8 room for a little over double the price. Nothing really bad about the place itself, just crazy inflated room price, at least when I was there. Staff were nice though, and room was clean. No issues, was just a bit let down considering how much it was. I enjoy my stay at Super 8s, just prefer paying $80 vs over $200 a night.

With our Backside Tours package, the Lobstick Lodge was the hotel that we chose for our stay. It was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. We wish we could have used the outdoor hot tub, but due to COVID it was closed. We appreciated that our Marmot Basin lift tickets were also ready for us during our check in, the staff were friendly.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Luckily got a room on the main level. Rooms were spacious, clean & neat. Service was good. Very difficult to get parking on the weekend. It was full. Close to downtown & close to the parks.
