On our arrival in Jasper we were informed that we had been moved here from our chosen hotel Marmot Lodge due to booking errors. We were very disappointed upon arrival with the initial appearance compared with our original choice. The reception staff dealt with us efficiently but no gestures of goodwill were offered to acknowledge our inconvenience and disappointment. After...

We have stayed at the Lobstick a three years ago and still find it meets our needs although this year the rates seem to have gone up a lot. The rooms are nice and although we didn't use the pool this time it looked ok The location is good on the perimeter of town nice and quiet. There Is a...

Dear Sunshiner, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, however I'm afraid you might have us mistaken for another property? While we do have kitchen rooms with full size kitchen amenities, our property only features 139 rooms. Regardless, I do hope you enjoyed your stay in Jasper and that you took home wonderful memories of your time in the...

Dear guest, Thank you for posting your very honest and constructive review. After your initial thoughts, and alarm bells regarding the location of your room as well as the décor, I was happy to read that your worries about noise never materialized and that you seem to have enjoyed your stay. While we are aware that our décor is dated,...

A ten minute stroll to the centre of Jasper where their are plenty of places to dine. The Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We stayed for 2 nights with our Titan tour group of 24 people. On the second night they put on a free buffet for all of us which was good, but we didn't attend as...

Dear guest, Thank you for posting a review about your stay with us, and I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your time here. While it is unfortunate that you were not informed about the pre-arranged buffet here at the hotel, you have taken away with you a completely different (and hopefully wonderful) memory of an intimate dining experience while here...

$207 (plus taxes) buys only a mid-range hotel in Jasper. Problem is, we know mid-range and this wasn't it. First, I don't know when we last stayed at a hotel/motel without air conditioning, but finding the room much too hot, we were summarily told that the lack of air conditioning was right on their website. In fact, it is there...

Dear Aero4000, I am very sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay, nor could you find value in the rate paid for you accommodations. The way you felt upon your departure is absolutely not the way that we want any of our guests to feel during, or after their stay. While we are aware that our property...

This was a comfortable hotel, had laundry facilities which was great, had a bottom floor room which had the high windows to view the street at eye level, something different. A few blocks from the town centre.

This hotel promised a lot but sadly during our short stay although the bedrooms are fine the breakfast left a lot to be desired as they seemed to constantly run out of items which were slow in being replenished. It is a walk into the main part of Jasper and it is mainly, I think, a place for skiing.

We had 4 adults and one toddler in a room. The rooms are a very good size two twin beds in one room, than a sofa bed in the other. There's also a kitchenette. We had plenty of room.
