Nice place, very well located, directly in the middle of restaurants, stores, large room, very clean. However we had requested a room in the back and we should never have done that, the back rooms have a view on the dumpsters and the back stores of Connaught street. If you go there, ask for a room facing the street, it cannot be louder than the ones in the back. Place a bit pricy, 270.00 per night before tax and no breakfast, however the parking is included in the price.

I took one star away for 2 reasons. 1. The TV's are 80's style with tubes and maybe 14 inches in size and this was in the suite which is their high end suite. Although the other TV was a standard 24 inch flat screen in the living room. 2. No blankets on the bed except one which isn't a blanket more a decorative top.

Other than that everything else was awesome. Shower was huge with 6 shower heads blasting you from both front and back. Tub was awesome for bubble baths(ask the wife, lol.)
Bed was comfortable, room service was good especially during Covid. Parking is limited for smaller vehicles but not an issue if you drive a truck as there are 2 spots for trucks and if those are taken you can park just down the street about 75 meters at the restaurant which is owned by the same owners..

Just upgrade those 80's TV's and you get 5 stars for now only 4.

Our family had two rooms for two nights here last week and we were all very happy. The rooms were large, well equipped, and clean. two queen beds and three chairs in each room were great. The bathrooms were oversized and had a big tub plus a walk-in shower. Coffeemaker, a bar fridge, and a flat screen tv made our stay better. The hotel is located on a shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops only steps away. It had free underground parking which had space available. We even got a "Covid-19" discount when we booked, which made it more affordable. We had a great stay.

This hotel looks nothing from the outside but step inside and it is brilliant. The lobby is comfortable and welcoming and the heritage room we had was superb, even had its own gas fire stove (not that we needed to use it). The bathroom was great with both a roll-top bath and a fully enclosed shower cubicle. The water was always very hot and I don't think I have ever had such high volume and pressure delivered from a tap. The big bed was super comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and a huge bonus is the parking available under the building. All the staff that we met were polite, friendly and very informative.

Our second stay and love it. It is so so quiet and smack in the middle of downtown. Staff are all so friendly and accomodating. Rooms are large, modern, comfy and clean. Bathrooms are large with nice flowing showers. Lots of lighting if you want it and not dark and dingy like other places. Bathrooms have easy
access of toilet and shower for our handicapped family member who uses a walker indoors. We bring our own plastic shower chair to place in the shower. Outdoors we utilize a wheelchair and the sidewalk access to all of the shopping and resteraunts around Park Place Inn means no loading and unloading wheelchairs and handicapped members into a car and driving/parking around a busy town. We will stay again for sure. Thanks

We stayed 3 nights at the Park Place Inn in Jasper. Check in and out was very easy, we were in suite A and very pleased with it. It’s a huge room, huge bed, soaker tub/jacuzzi jets, lounge area and sink, fridge and bathroom - the big shower also had jets! .Personally I’d have liked a firmer pillow but the bed was very comfortable.
The accommodation is very central, on Patricia street, opposite some good restaurants cafes and shops. Even so, the room was quiet, no noise. Added bonus is free parking in their own garage. Jasper is a lovely place, laid back, quiet. Highly recommend this accommodation, would stay again.

Centrally located hotel in Jasper with free parking and drop-off area. We stayed in suite A which was spacious with large bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Traditionally decorated but clean and well-maintained. However the room was dark and not well ventilated plus the bedding needs to be modernised. Reception staff were helpful when we were disturbed by noise late at night. We were pleased with our stay but there was a general lack of warmth and hospitality.

We stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel for two nights and were very happy that we did. The hotel and the rooms are kept extremely clean. The decor is so comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was awesome and immaculately clean! Every single detail in their design/renovations was carefully thought through. The force of the shower was the best EVER, what a treat compared to regular hotel showers.
Underground parking is a huge bonus. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can park your vehicle and walk everywhere downtown. The air conditioning worked well in our room.
The lobby area (which is on the second floor) is very comfortable and inviting. The owners and staff are very friendly and easy going.
We highly recommend this hotel, whether only for a couple of nights, or a week. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, which certainly worked for us. We did see their upgraded rooms, as well as a suite (on the main floor) and they are stunning! For the price, the location, underground parking, you can't go wrong.

Stayed one night at the Park Place Inn - room was "nice", not exceptional. Duct tape holding the molding by the entrance door on and duct tape to close a panel on the jaccuzi tub on - not really attractive when it's a simple fix. No amenities to speak of at this small hotel. The don't serve any type of breakfast, even continental - if you want to do anything like swim or exercise you have to go elsewhere since they don't have those things. On the bright side the staff was pleasant and they have underground parking.

Park out front to drop cases as no lift from car park to first floor, found reception up the stairs from front door and attendant helped take cases. No sign for reception. Hard to find as small front between the shops.
Room was nice, view looked over the back so not the best. Odd they give you soap, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion but no shower gel. Underground free parking was good, left car and didn’t move it as right in the center. Would use again if back.
