Room was clean and quiet and staff was great. Good desk in room to work at with fast wifi. Check in & check out was fast and efficient. Nice gym and pool area. All around nice place for the price.
Denny's restaurant, which is in the same building as the hotel, had no so great service at supper time but breakfast staff are excellent.
Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Lethbridge.

The hotel was quite nice but the neighbourhood was a little rough.
Front desk was friendly and after saying they had a certain room for a great price, then realizing they didn't, they gave us a slightly better room at that cost.
No breakfast but they do offer 20% off at the attached restaraunt.
The pool wasn't open due to repairs so I'm unsure on that.

Service was great very friendly and helpful, the rooms could use a face lift and some repairs. Very great place for pets, Staff members took extra efforts with the pets and little gift bag for them was awesome. Thank you for the great stay!

Travelled to Lethbridge for at tournament booked thru an association. A large number of the teams stayed they up charged 50 dollars for a one choice breakfast. The staff was great, rooms are very dated and worn. As pervious review one night in only

Well glad it was at a reduced rate thought sandman was a good hotel.
The young lady that checked me in was aware that I wasn’t in the best of moods after waiting for 15-20 minutes to check in and she did apologize for having me wait I understand that it’s not her mistake as hotels are on reduced staff etc.
I was given a better room which was nice to my surprise when I got there the room was really hot the heater was on maximum 27C and the day was hot and sunny is this supposed to be funny from the hotel ?
How are you supposed to sleep in that type of heat if you check in late that’s pathetic and dead flies everywhere I only noticed that when I was getting into bed that there were dead flies it’s disgusting.
In the morning I checked out early as I had to be in Seattle and the guy had no idea on which floor the ice machine was so I had to go in all floors to find it the hallways in this hotel have no air there all hot and humid with a horrible odour.

Note the advertised pool and fitness centers are not open. The on site dining is a Denny's that closes at 8 pm. The bar is open from 3 pm - 8 pm. The check-in staff and manager were unfriendly and downright unpleasant. The TV was small and screen was cracked. The toiler did not flush properly. I complained twice and then gave up. Manager at the checkout grudgingly gave me a $10 Denny's gift card for the poor experience. Will not stay again.

Our Hotel Room & Hallway were in need of vacuuming on arrival. Corners of room filthy. The valance over the drapes has a line of dust. There was a wad of black hair in the bathtub. Water pressure was pity full and the drain sluggish and a used washcloth from a previous person’s stay was hanging on the shower curtain/ curtain rod. Hand towel and washcloth had yellow stains on it. The bathroom floor was not clean, in need of a thorough scrubbing and the taps had water stains and counter had hair on it did not look like care was taken in cleaning the bathroom or the room in general. Furniture is old and rickety. Had to straighten a loose table leg before using. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Complementary coffee and tea was a nice touch, although they ran out and could only have 1/2 cup the 2nd morning. The final straw was having to kill a large bug resembling a cockroach on the wall first thing when I awoke the final morning of our stay.

The staff here was very helpful and welcoming. The room as well as the common areas were all nice and clean. There is a small "breakfast" offered, coffee, muffins bagels there is also a Dennys on site if you want something more substantial.

Next room holders were loud all night. Desk tried to help but most ineffective. Joining door might be part of the problem or walls not properly insulated. Be aware of parking. A breakin the night before occurred. Denys in the lobby is a great plus in the morning. Short walking distance to The Water Tower restaurant. A must try for the food and views.

Pleasantly surprised….it was great! I stayed here recently for 5 nights, I was very pleased with my overall experience Great staff, very polite and helpful. Great location, The hotel rooms are updated, good size and very clean. And it was very reasonably priced- with a buy one night, get one free!
