It was just what we needed for the start of our road trip!! The hotel was clean and quiet place to stay with helpful and friendly staff!! We arrived late and left early but did have time for the breakfast at six in the morning. It was a Friday night and we thought it would be busy but they had a room. It was good that they matched the website promotions.

I was looking on Expedia and found this place. Was easy to find and we could park right out front of our door. You could access it from outside or from the hotel. Good breakfast and staff were friendly. I believe it was the GM that came and asked us how our stay was. He was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Lovely staff.

An older hotel with steep stairs and no elevator. Friendly staff and good value. Limited breakfast options due to Covid. Overall a good place with good staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The room are very well cleaned and maintained. They allow pets for a reasonable pet fee and make your pet feel welcomed unlike most other hotels.
The staff are the key to this hotels success, they are truly the most caring and thoughtful hotel staff we have ever encountered. When in Lethbridge please stay here just to meet the staff.

I am so disappointed with this experience that continues to be an issue as the hotel charged us a cleaning fee for a urine stain that they said that our dog caused. That did not happen and the room was disgusting with multiple visible stains that followed up with the front desk. The door wouldn't unlock and took 30 minutes from the maintenance man to get us in. We were so tired and I am so frustrated that we didn't just pack up then and leave. The manager is rude and continues to deny us the return of the $170 cleaning fee they charged us. It has been an absolute headache - I have to leave multiple messages, the staff screens the calls, he doesn't call me back. Do not stay here.

Stay Away...not sure what was worse...the room or the "housekeeping staff" cleaning it. Had to beg to get room cleaned after 3 1/2 hour delay when they were addressing it before only to be lied to about a computer glitch. Property might have been the only thing dirtier than the room. Would recommend staying in your car...excuse after excuse

Staff in general were polite. As provided in survey to Agoda who we booked through the following were issues in order of priority:
1. Constant smell of marijuana that was throughout the second floor. It came into the room despite putting towels down. For two nights we had to deal with that. No smoking means no smoking of any kind. Not just cigarettes. I don't care if people smoke whatever they want. Just not at the expense of my enjoyment and ability to sleep. This was mentioned both to staff on one night who came to our room and at check out. At the very least I would have expected some sort of compensation. It ruined our stay. I understand it is difficult to control and you charge patrons a $500.00 fee. That doesn't help me at all.
2. The internet was terrible. I wouldn't complain about a weak signal. The signal dropped at least every 1-5 minutes and I had to log in again through the hotel page. I couldn't even log in to a page before I got kicked out.
3. The chair at the desk was broken (wheel was found in the desk drawer). I forgot to mention this to the front desk. It wasn't much of an issue since I gave up on using my computer for anything. Went to a public place to use internet.
On the plus side, the breakfast was basic, but fine. The beds weren't great, but they were fine for a couple of nights. The room was quiet which is exactly what we were hoping for.
I don't expect much from a budget hotel. I know pretty much what I'm getting. I do have a very large problem with the smoking and the lack of acknowledgment from management. (There was no question of the smoking - everyone in the hotel agreed on that. Just? Nothing was done to compensate an otherwise unremarkable stay.

Don’t bother…. It looks good online, doesn’t meet general expectations in person. Very old and smells it…. Looks it and feels it , spend that little bit extra to be comfortable

False advertisement of them having a pool. I was injured recently and was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool. Bathroom needed more cleaning, the toilet ran every 30 minutes waking me up throughout the night.
They had 8 people on the room above me which 6 were kids, I get kids will be kids but stomping and jumping all night regardless of the warnings from staff.
I have tried to contact the manger several times and he does not call back.

We renovated in 2018 and removed our pool at that time and we have taken a lot of care to ensure that the pictures were updated on all the online sites where we have access to the content. It seems that you have encountered some booking sites that have taken older pictures that we cannot remove. We will continue to monitor and update pictures the best we can. We definitely don't have a pool for several years now. Sorry you experienced issues with noise and maintenance. Our staff worked to resolve this issue while you were on site. When checking out, my 7 year old found a bloody pillow under our bed. Looked like someone used it as a tampon. Extremely gross. In the day and age of Covid and all the pressure to keep things clean and sanitized, this kind of neglect is quite insulting. I guess we found out what was making the smell in our room.
Someone really should be held accountable for this kind of thing. If the cleaners failed to notice a pillow under the bed it makes me wonder if they cleaned anything at all. How would you feel? What should you want to make up for this?
