This is the worst hotel ever! The only nice place is the lobby, other than that, the rooms are horrible, staff is not very friendly at all. We were informed by locals that it was used to house drug addicts during the pandemic and it doesn't look as though they have cleaned the place up since!
Stayed here for a quick stopover. The hotel exterior and common areas were good, but our room was run down, old with stained bathtub. The carpet was old and dirty. The bed wasn’t in great shape either. In short, the room needed urgent renovation. Not too uncomfortable, but was definitely rundown. The breakfast was average, nothing extraordinary. Have had better continental breakfast at other motels. Overall - I will stay here again only if nothing else is available in the same price range.
It was a good experience with the staff and crew who are all friendly and accommodating to customer. We had a good rest from long drive, rooms were clean and quiet, parking are good. Breakfast are good, and the place was clean and tidy well organized.
Reservation made via phone call with a human was totally messed up. I told the person I needed a pet friendly room as my dog would be with me. Arrived to find there was no pet friendly room for me. No one had ever told me that I did not have a pet friendly room. I will never again stay at a Super 8.
Can confidently say that the entire experience I had here was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. Room was modern and very clean, breakfast was great, check in was easy, wifi was strong. Only thing, just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger.
Staff in general were polite. As provided in survey to Agoda who we booked through the following were issues in order of priority: 1. Constant smell of marijuana that was throughout the second floor. It came into the room despite putting towels down. For two nights we had to deal with that. No smoking means no smoking of any kind. Not just cigarettes. I don't care if people smoke whatever they want. Just not at the expense of my enjoyment and ability to sleep. This was mentioned both to staff on one night who came to our room and at check out. At the very least I would have expected some sort of compensation. It ruined our stay. I understand it is difficult to control and you charge patrons a $500.00 fee. That doesn't help me at all. 2. The internet was terrible. I wouldn't complain about a weak signal. The signal dropped at least every 1-5 minutes and I had to log in again through the hotel page. I couldn't even log in to a page before I got kicked out. 3. The chair at the desk was broken (wheel was found in the desk drawer). I forgot to mention this to the front desk. It wasn't much of an issue since I gave up on using my computer for anything. Went to a public place to use internet. On the plus side, the breakfast was basic, but fine. The beds weren't great, but they were fine for a couple of nights. The room was quiet which is exactly what we were hoping for. I don't expect much from a budget hotel. I know pretty much what I'm getting. I do have a very large problem with the smoking and the lack of acknowledgment from management. When checking out, my 7 year old found a bloody pillow under our bed. Looked like someone used it as a tampon. Extremely gross. In the day and age of Covid and all the pressure to keep things clean and sanitized, this kind of neglect is quite insulting. I guess we found out what was making the smell in our room. Someone really should be held accountable for this kind of thing. If the cleaners failed to notice a pillow under the bed it makes me wonder if they cleaned anything at all. How would you feel? What should you want to make up for this?
I would like to add to my concerns which I forwarded 2 nights ago. Besides not having beds made we came in tonight and one bed was made the 2nd was not. One day the door to the room was open propped by the safety catch. We haven’t had towels etc coffee It’s been a nightmare. Sorry about the nail picture wasn’t able to remove it
Stay Away...not sure what was worse...the room or the "housekeeping staff" cleaning it. Had to beg to get room cleaned after 3 1/2 hour delay when they were addressing it before only to be lied to about a computer glitch. Property might have been the only thing dirtier than the room. Would recommend staying in your car...excuse after excuse
The bathroom shower had black dirt marks everywhere and soap grim buildup all over the drain. It made me question the rest of the cleaning preformed in the unit. The staff were friendly and very quick to try and solve the issue
