The staff was very friendly & helpful. We choose to stay here due to offer received was also close to Martha’s House. The only thing we didn’t care for was the pillows. I prefer flatter ones, otherwise no complaints

We stayed in most Best Western hotels during our western Canada trip. This BW offering was quite comfortable and affordable. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a little less to offer than others, have seen the waffle maker at most other facilities, not here. Other than that ok. The hot tub was okay but not really located in a somewhat secluded area, had to walk thru the front lobby to get there. The unfortunate issue we had was that the main AC system for the hotel malfunctioned. As a result, the condensation dumped into our bathroom, soaking the floor. Upon advising the front desk clerk, she immediately apologized, said she would contact the manager and within minutes she had us moved out of the room and into another. Well Done!

I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel was clean, the hot tub lovely, and the location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants and shops, and easy to get out of town on our way the next morning. The hotel staff was lovely, the beds VERY comfy, and the water pressure great in the shower. Guest laundry was vital on this trip and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. 10/10 no notes!!

This room is advertised as a handicapped accessible room and the amenities are not acceptable for a handicapped person.
1.The walk-in shower has no wall bars on either end wall to grab when stepping in or out.
2.There is no rubber shower floor mat to stop slipping. This is a shower looking for a broken rib or hip to happen unless a mat is provided. The shower seat is too low on the wall. It is installed at the height for a very short person and very difficult to stand up after the shower.
3.The toilet is not a handicapped height. You cannot call a regular toilet handclapped accessible by putting a bar on the wall by a regular low toilet.
4.The mattress is way to soft and impossible to sit on the side of it without sliding on to the floor.
5.The handicapped parking stall is not spaced properly. The cutaway for the wheelchair is immediately in front of the parked car. There is no way to get a wheelchair up on-to-the sideway once the van or car is parked. Unfortunately, Canada has not law or regulations for properly equipping handicapped room and anything goes. It is unfortunate but I will not be able to come back. I will have to go elsewhere in the future.

Newer hotel, check in was fast and friendly. We took the elevator to the 4th fl, 2 soft queen beds with 4 pillows each, large clean room with small TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, table, 2 chairs, desk and chair area, tub/shower with lots of towels, all good. Good blackout curtains. Wifi included. On Mayor Magrath but no problems with road noise. Free parking around the hotel and never had a problem finding a spot. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, coffee maker, fruit, yogurt. All good.
Nice hotel and nice friendly staff, great for a night or more and would stay again if in the area.

It was ok . Rooms are big but beds are just double . We had dog friendly room located in the second floor meaning is your dog needs to pee you need to walk down the stairs or take loud elevator , better would be main floor for dog friendly rooms.

Very little bathroom shampoo and soap not enough for two people .

Very comfortable beds for an excellent nights sleep after a long day of driving. The nights rest was preempted by a nice shower with great heat and water pressure. Good location as close to many different restaurants.

We had an end room on the top floor and it was very quiet and comfortable. The beds were comfy and numerous pillows to choose from. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast hot and very good when we ate.

Excellent staff. Good b’fast for someone who eats. Beds are comfy bring my own pillow as I find all Best Wesrern hotels to b to thick for me highly recommend staying here when you travel to Lethbridge

One of the smaller hotels I have stayed in but it is in a good location if your are traveling in Southern Alberta, easy to find and access off the highway. Grounds were clean and so were the rooms. Check in was simple and straight forward as we had reservations.
