Prostitute charging her smartphone on the side of the Inn. Well that was the first thing of note. The pillows are lumpy, the room smelled of air freshener (should be a red flag), the TV remote had something encrusted on it, not sure what. The rest of the room smelled like a 40 year old mobile home. Mark's on the doors and something on the pillow cushion that made me think of barf or food. Needed a drink after encountering this. Won't be staying here again.

We stayed 2 nights and this was a return visit! First the great things about the hotel. Nice pool area, great Breakfast! I loved the hot items and all the choices of bread. The room itself was clean, some spots on the carpet but ok. The bedding was just ok, could have been a better bed spread, just a thin blanket??? Lots of towels in the bathroom, thin but ok. overall good for what you pay! Checkout was a long wait, outside in the cool morning air. Why do you have to pay a $200 deposit on your CC , is it not enough if you take a blank imprint. Never seen this before, and we travel a lot all over the world. Poor Lady at the desk, has to do credits all morning! WHY????? . For about 15 min nobody even came out of the lobby, there must have been a problem with one of the guest, BUT WHY CAN'T WE JUST DROP THE KEY CARD OFF IN A BOX AND LEAVE, OR LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM??? By LAW you can't even ask for the cards back. I visit MH often and have to ask myself if I want to stay here again! Hope the management replies to this one.

The outside is so rundown and dirty that it may scare you off. Cigarette butts everywhere and the room reeked of smoke. Once inside the room was very clean and equipped with a proper kitchen. The pool, hot tub and steam room were a welcome bonus and also clean. The A/C worked well. Too bad they have yet to fix the ice maker.

Found the room to be dated however it was definitely clean the bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating the only difficulty I had was my room key continually lost their magnetism and because I was on the far side of the hotel it was a long walk around to the front desk to get my key replaced Besides that slight inconvenience it was a great experience. I will stay here again.

For a one night stay the Imperial was what we needed, something inexpensive and close to the highway. The outside of the motel was a bit worrisome as it is badly in need of some TLC but the lobby was pleasant and so was the staff. We stayed in room 120. It again needs some love but the bed was comfy, the bedding and pillows were clean and the air conditioning welcome. The pool area was again dated but in good repair and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Rooms 120-130 back on the pool area as did rooms 119-129 and if you need/want an afternoon nap these might be noisy for you. Once the pool closed everything was nice and quiet. I did not notice if the sauna was open. We were on the road too early to try the breakfast. The vending, pop and ice machine were either broken or empty but there were snacks available for purchase in the lobby. If you expectations are reasonable for the price of the room you should have a nice stay.

Room Tip: Many rooms back onto the pool. If you need quiet in the afternoon ask for a room away from this...
