Only good things I can say is bed was pretty comfy, front desk clerk was nice and pool was fun. Unfortunately really filthy, stained carpets that did not appear vacuumed. Hair on 2 pillows cases. Gross. And bathroom needs a major Reno. I won’t cheap out again. Lesson learned.

Ramada is great place to stay in medicine hat. You can get a comfortable and nice room in fair As soon as my wife and I entered in the lobby, Gurpret welcomed us with big smile and sensnof humour. We were very pleased with her service and conversation with us during our check in. She made us feel at home. Will be there again!

Front desk staff gurpreet is great , good sense of homour and helpful and has great knowledge of her work. She was so polite with us, there were some problem in our reservation but she had a great knowledge regarding how to fix it and was happy to make it correct. Will visit there again. Again, she is great worker there..

Gurpret at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. She treated me and my wife very well. The rooms were very comfortable as well, we got free breakfast in the morning and it was really tasty.

We booked with a large group of people. Everyone else in our group were put in the new renovated rooms at the back of the hotel but we were put in the older rooms at the front of the hotel. We were told that we booked too late and that was all they had left but we had booked a month in advance. The room was far past disgusting. There was an inch of mold in the coffee pot, the dressers had mystery drips down the front, the stove handles were covered in filth and there was mold in the bathtub. The pillows were lumpy and they still used the old bed spreads that never get washed. Despite the newer rooms being so much nicer, we ended up paying the same price. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but were so grossed out we left first thing in the morning.

After 11 hours of long drive, Gurpret greated us with pleasant welcome. She was so nice and understanding. Me and my wife couldn’t do upstairs, she gave us a renovated room on main floor. Everytime we needed something she was in our room within few seconds.
