We found the location very good and access to the room was very easy for those of us who's mobility is challenged. Breakfast was disappointing , we would have appreciated a hot breakfast to carry us through our long trip home. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The was clean and comfortably roomy and a small table was most appreciated along with chairs. Good over all stay.

You get what you pay for here. Rooms are small but clean. Bathrooms are small and old. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is basic free breakfast. With it being value hotel walls are paper thin and you never know who is staying on your floor. We are very loud floor so sleep was optional. We didn’t partake in the pool

Room was clean and nice and pet friendly but the attendant at the desk came across as rude and unhappy to be disturbed. The attendant didn’t seem overly friendly. Lots of food choices close by

The staff were so friendly! Calvin helped me at check in. I arrived quite late but he was very knowledgeable about which good restaurants were still open and told me several places I should visit when I’m in town. He was very attentive to my needs and didn’t mind spending time chatting with me despite being a busy night. The other staff always greeted me on my way in and out and helped me with many things since it was my first time in town. The room was cleaned everyday and they laid out towels in rose shapes. I was very impressed with the breakfast selection - their waffle flavour changed every few days. I’ve stayed at several Super8 before and this one by far is the best. Price is also one of the cheapest in town. I will definitely come back whenever I’m here for work!

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever! This hotel advertised that they are pet friendly. When we arrived we were told that pets can not stay in the main building. We were given a room located in a run down motel style building located behind the main building. As we entered the room my husband immediately started killing ants crawling all over the tile floor. This hotel is located in a rough looking part of town and we did not feel safe to stay. Hotel manager was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. He refused to refund our money and infant he charged our credit card twice for our pet stay. After an unpleasant argument he did refund the pet fee but absolutely refused to refund the room. Very grateful for Expedia as they gave us $100.00 voucher straight away to relocate to another hotel and once they completed their investigation, Expedia refunded the full amount.

The pillows are throw pillow size, not bed size. The air conditioner was ancient and didn’t cool the room. The bottom of the tub was black. The toilet needed a good bleach, the carpet was disgustingly filthy. The coffee maker had previous guests coffee still in it. I had to kick the weather strip on the door back in place. They had a waffle maker and butter and syrup but no plates. They jacked the price up to $150 because it was a busy weekend and there weren’t many rooms left in town. Never again

Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. Head Housekeeper encourages Staff to Not vacuum rooms. Too sheets are not changed when it's pet room. They talk about other staff and Guest. Stay some where else if you are in the city

The front desk guest service attendant was very rude and made me feel like I was in an inquisition. He Treated me like I was a convict or a drug addict and I am a very nice elderly woman. the front door to my room was hard to open and close, the TV remote would not work and there was a beetle crawling across my bed. These things need to be addressed by management as soon as possible before word of mouth gets out

The building is infested with cockroaches..
The locks on the doors, to get in to the rooms are old and outdated the only way to get into the room is with the card they provide you.
The locks function with a battery and because the locks are so old and outdated so are the batteries my dog and personal belongings were locked in my room for over 20 minutes because they had no other way to open the door other than the card and this outdated door handle lock.

Cold breakfast. Not so good coffee. Staff talked about each other Alot. Room was Not vacuumed. Only 1 Housekeeper cleaned my room each day, she was awesome. They kick people out stating they need the room but they just didn't like the person.
