Goto room to settle in bdrm tv didnt work...hrs later found it was not plugged in. Hair/spider in jacuzzi tub, hair in bathroom, coffee pot wouldnt work. NOT WORTH IT. Even wifi didnt work....FD entered my name in wrong for the wifi password to not work. Didnt ask about choice membership. Asked what my charge would be upon checkin, 189 NOT 189+tax, see later extra on CC, called front desk and blames me for not telling them about hair issues as he said we could of moved you, when pm check in staff said they had nothing else left.

It is unfortunate that your stay did not meet your expectations. We can assure you that our standard of cleanliness and guest experience is always to exceed the expectation and minimum requirements. Your concerns have been addressed with housekeeping, but we can assure you that we have 2 housekeepers, and the head housekeeper that checks all rooms to ensure that everything is in working order for our guests. We at the front desk are available to our guests 24/7 to ensure that all concerns are addressed and we are able to remedy any issues the best we can. We are dissappointed to hear of the miscommunications that may have occurred but our staff are trained to advise the amount is the room rate. We would not blame you for any issues, but were dissappointed that we were not given an opportunity to address your concerns during your stay. We know from experience that we are usually able to remedy or correct most concerns, as they are typically a misunderstanding.

The Comfort Inn was great! We had a spacious room, the hotel was well kept and ran smoothly. The pool was big and not too cold. There was a hot tub as well. Really close to a shopping center and multiple restaurants with a great variety. Continental breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from

Awesome place! Newly renovated rooms and immaculately clean. Tastefully decorated with very nice bedding and good pillow choice. Great hot breakfast with lots of variety. Eggs, ham, potatoes, waffles, a variety of cereals and juices.

I booked through Booking.com, where the hotel was rated quite highly. It more than lived up to it! We were in town for a memorial and the front desk agent help get us in a little earlier which was so appreciated. The hoel room was clean and the bathroom was large by most hotel sizes. Breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant was also as friendly as all the staff we met!

Wonderful and simply hotel. In town for work at the local comedy club and it truly was a wonderful experience. New amenities like a smart TV you can cast feom your phone too, very soft king bed. Slept amazing. Thanks !

We slept In One of the most comfortable beds in a very long time. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Walking distance to a casino and multiple restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Contactless check in and check out was actually easy. Breakfast selections was very good

I have tried many hotels in Medicine Hat, but since septembre my choice is made: Comfort inn is affordable, room ventilation is quiet, bed is comfortable, bathrooms are renovated and, the most important : front desk service is just the best and breakfast is good.
