Hotel's Favourite
Great stay with the kids. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and the hotel was super clean. Pool and hot tub area was fun and kid friendly. Hot breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to our day. Located north end of the city, everything is easy to get to from the highway.

Great room, lots of places to put things and lots of storage space as well. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Water slide goes really quick, my daughter enjoyed it. Great gym as well which faces the pool. Breakfast was good with a few options and staff were incredibly friendly. Individual who helps clean the area at the pool and gym as well as front staff were exceptionally friendly and great to deal with. Gets busy on the weekends but still always found a parking spot, even if a little far. Great stay!

This hotel is beautiful, clean and offers great amenities. The manager, Chamath was very professional and accommodating to my needs which I very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed three nights at this hotel well attending a convention in Red Deer. We were welcomed by the incredibly friendly, sweet and accommodating staff by the name of Allison and Kristine who went out of their way to make our stay excellent. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a decent breakfast in the morning and it is right across from the Bower mall. It is a great location in Red Deer and we will recommend it to others and will be back ourselves.

Excellent customer service, very neat and clean hotel. Manager is really welcoming and accommodating to your needs which makes a very comfortable stay. I would definitely visit again this location. Location of this hotel is also a big plus.

Did a girl weekend here. The hotel doesn’t supply movies and we were stoked to watch one. Instead the contract out to Telus Optik TV for which we could not drive a TV code to activate on the Telus site per instructions and the staff member who came up didn’t know how to access the code either. He said “Call Telus” which is odd as I am with Rogers. I don’t understand how my calling Telus would work when Holiday Inn has outsourced to them, not me? Anyways, nice place and good service, we just found that piece odd and a little disappointing.

We accideny booked into a horrible place in Red Deer, turned and walked out, but thats a different review. We found the Holiday Inn Express nearby and went. Immediatly we walked in with a sigh kf relief. Very...very..clean, spotless. Cheeful and welcoming staff, we got a good rate. We got a regular king room, wow! Nice layout, very clean (I'm a clean freak re:hotels). See my pictures. Great sleep, huge shower with quality heavy glass sliding doors. Next morning, had a breakfast that would be a $20-25 dollar breaky at a restaurant. Western omlets, pancakes, bacon, sausage, fruit, ect, ect. I regret no pics from breakfast, take me word it was the best you could want. That was a surprise since I didnt search that when we looked for an alternative hotel. This is a place that is worry and stress free. No questions here.
