Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Really big rooms, with kitchen, plates, cups, fridge. Beautiful big shower. Quiet rooms. Bed was super comfortable.my husband stays here often for work, and now I get to see why he raves about this place. Definitely stay here again.

Came here for the weekend of July 9 to July 11/21 with some of my family just to be able to get away from life, work and home and to enjoy time away for once.
Since Covid started most people have been couped up at home and even though by July there was much less restrictions there was still some preventative measures kept in place, mainly social distancing.
This hotel is actually really nice and is located in a business industrial area of Red Deer and is connected to another hotel called Holiday Inn Express. There is a Tim Horton's about a 5-6 minute walk north. It looked like there was a local bus stop just on the street in the middle of the parking lot, but not sure anything more.
We ended up in a suite which had a TV though we had to ask the front desk to turn it on, but when we did they never ended turning it on which I wasn't happy about. There was a kitchen sink, cupboards, a microwave and a full fridge which gives out ice in the freezer.
There was a couch and a queen sized bed and 2 side tables, overall a great room.
The hotel itself was new, modern and fresh and with the safety measures in place masks at the time weren't required but they still wanted people to social distance where needed.
For continental breakfast instead of having the typical buffet to serve yourself they had a corner which had someone serving you food which they put any items into a paper bag. There were banana's, apples, banana bread yogurt and a few other items as well, they did have breakfast sandwiches either sausage or bacon on an English muffin, they had coffee, tea, juices and pop.
I asked for a sausage sandwich and a dark roast which the sandwich was alright, but still tasted cold and the coffee was absolutely disgusting and I like the Tim Horton's dark roast but trying it in the hotel never again.
There was a sign in the elevator that said to try wear your mask to help prevent the spread but it wasn't required at that time.
My family and I stayed here because we found it a little easier to get to Sylvan Lake which is a big reason for this weekend getaway.
The pool area is decent which has a waterslide that is twisted and a hot tub too, when you went down the slide half way through it there is rope style lighting which was cool and when you go down it you can get quite amount of speed too.
Overall, I felt like this hotel was pretty good, despite a few minor issues with the breakfast and coffee and the fact they didn't turn on our room TV.

We were booked at the Staybridge thanks to a corporate travel agent, so we didn’t know what to expect. We were greeted warmly upon check in and that warmth radiated throughout all of the staff, especially with the amazing breakfast attendant; her smile sure starts the morning off on a great note!
We stayed in a King Suite, which was very spacious, clean, and exceptionally functional for the week. The kitchenette was so helpful for our longer stay; they really think of everything and are equipped with all the conveniences of home.
Beds are comfy, water pressure is good, and pool/spa was lovely with a nice waterslide for kids and big kids if you’re staying with the family.
There were no cons to this hotel.

Rooms are clean and nice but bed is sinking. I have been with different Holiday Inn hotel, but this is the worst bed I ever had, King size but it sink and saying it is a new hotel of IHG. I also request extra pillow, but nothing didn't hear anything back if there is none. The most bad experience I had being an IHG reward member is being cheated. I tried to book online and taken the rate I got online and entered an original 1 adult and 2 kids, supposed to be the rate is 4 for guest, 2 adult and 2 kids no difference between IHG member. Original rate I got was $191.81. Total charges supposed to be $209.07 that includes the tax. But because I include another head which become 2 adult and 2 kids, the guy who check me in didn't even have the courtesy to tell me he has to changed the rate. They said it is a different rate, only to find out after I check out. Which I know it is not supposed to be different because they posted the rate online as 4 for guest and for the rate of $191.81 in a King Studio Suite Rm. Next time be careful when booking with them. Now I lost my trust on IHG as their service and accommodation is no good. Not friendly at all. Picture shows that I am doing simulation for weekend booking. Same rate shows for 4 guest. No difference. Management will cheat.

We love staying at this hotel. It is easy to access (right off highway #2) and has restaurants in walking distance. But you don’t have to walk anywhere for supper if you stay on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday as supper and drinks are provided with your stay. We love going down to the community room on these nights to sit back and relax for an hour or so and talk with the welcoming staff. There is also a great breakfast included every morning. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for an excellent stay for couples, families and/or business event.

We stayed here overnight for 1 night on a quick trip to Red deer. We have never stayed at this brand of hotel and during covid, I was a little bit nervous, but as soon as we arrived at check-in I was reassured and blown away by the warm welcome, quick efficient, and personal service this hotel provided. We were greeted promptly by staff, manager I assume, and given a very friendly and speedy check-in, then the staff offered us social hour snacks and drink, which were covid safe which was an unexpected and appreciated after a very long journey.
We booked a pet room, and usually, these are the most run-down and unmaintained rooms in hotels, however, this room was exceptionally clean and large, and spacious. We were also able to book the pool all to ourselves for 1 hour, which our child loved. I would 100% use this Hotel chain again based on my experience at this location. The staff took the time to show they cared about your business and new what hospitality meant. Alsi it was a great Value for our dollar. Simply a great experience.

Very courteous staff, incredibly clean facilities. Staff is warm and accommodating. Close to amenities, and at an excellent location whether staying in Red Deer or en route to elsewhere. I always stay at this location when I'm in town and feel amazing when I'm greeted by name at the front desk.

This was the first time I have stayed at the chain. A fantastic experience from check-in to room cleanliness to staff to amenities to departure. I had a small dog with me and there was a pet fee which is standard. When I arrived the hotel was hosting free drinks and appies for the guests. The morning breakfast was very, very good and the dining area was impeccably maintained.

I had a crew of 8 booked in here for 3 weeks, the Checkin process was quick and efficient. The billing process was flawless. All quests were welcomed and taken care of and made to feel valued. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. From the complimentary breakfast, to the social hour in the evenings, and the use of the lobby area for group gatherings, not one thing is worthy of complaint. For those not looking to break routine, the gym was well equipped.

The rooms are very comfortable, new and quiet. Their great mattresses are like sleeping on a cloud. There's a very nice kitchen in each suite with full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The only negative point is their WiFi. It's slow for business standards. It could be definitely better if they want to attract more business travellers.
