We checked in and were immediately taken care of.
We had our puppy with us so we needed a quick check in.
Our room was spotless, and although when we entered the floor / aisle for pets, heading to our room we heard lots of barking, that night at 9pm it was silence👍
We slept so well, comfy beds, pillows were amazing!

If you are ever in Red Deer, looking for a hotel with everything look no farther than the Radisson. Located just off the Q3 and Hwy 11 it is easy to get to.
LOADS OF parking space and very clean.

Although we didn’t go to the Lounge or Restaurant, I have heard amazing comments about both😁
A big shout out to the General Manager Shaundra.
Anything you need, just ask her. Very accommodating and friendly.

Great location for our group to meet. Since we are all around Alberta, meeting in Red Deer is a great location and the iHotel is always welcoming! Food is also a great addition to our meeting, making it very convenient for us to order while doing our meeting and have the food ready for our informal discussion.

Thank you so much for your excellent service not only in preparation for our event, but on Saturday during our event. Rein Jewell and Maryna were so excellent in looking after every detail for our event.

We appreciate your flexibility in room arrangements as well as continuing to refresh the water during the day. We have never had the lunch so organized as this year! You did a brilliant job of having everything set out on numbered tables with a master list of who was sitting where. Lunch went so smoothly and the food was delicious. We will definitely use this pre-order system again next year. The menu that you provided worked so well.

The Radisson is such a great place to hold our conference. I love how lemonade and water are provided, as well as morning coffee in the lobby. The apples and cookies at registration are a lovely added touch!

You all have been so helpful!

Don't bother going to this location. Manager was zero help and did not even try to make it up to my family after the frightening stay. Room was not cleaned... Room could not be fixed to use the washroom. Management could not do anything other than offer my family to leave the location at 9:45 pm .... Night before our dance competition. To stay at another location... Oh yeah and offered us to use the washroom from a smoked damaged room they could not rent out. Would of rathered they offered us to come back at no charge.

Our stay at the Radisson Red Deer was an absolute night mare. We arrived two weeks ago and checked into our room. Once in the room, we immediately found that the sink did not work and the toilet did not flush. Our call to the lobby to the clerk regarding the room problems were not dealt with for 2 hours. By that time, it was too late to move to a different room.
Our night mare was still unfolding as we left the Radisson. We did not realize it, but our very small dog picked up fleas from the room. We are still dealing with this issue in our home. We now realize that the room was obviously not cleaned properly or sanitized from previous occupants. Our dog and ourselves are not dealing with fleas and flea bites. We have used expensive remedies and are still struggling with fleas. This whole flea thing could have been avoided had the room been properly sanitized. Then we meet a woman at the pet store who stayed at the same Radisson hotel with kids. The kids all came away with lice. There is a big a problem at the hotel with how the rooms are prepared between guests. We believe that the hotel is guilty of neglect when it comes to the safety of their guest.
We have personally spent a lot of money already on trying to rid our dog of fleas and now we have to incur costs to clean our home because of the Radissons less than adequate cleaning protocols.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are saddened to know that your experience was anything less than satisfying due to the overall cleanliness of the room and the staff service as well as to what happened with your pet at that time. Please know that we are striving to keep good quality of service in all aspects which is indicative to our standards and these have been shared to our management for further improvements. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance to provide you an experience that is truly excellent in all aspects.

Booked two rooms as staying with family but was disappointed that the rooms were on separate floors.
The room had a huge bed that was difficult to get out of on one side as it was right up against the wall.
However the bed was comfortable so we did have a good nights sleep.
There was a small microwave and coffee drip pot but it was in a very small space between the room and the bathroom with no space around it. Barely enough to put two mugs next to the coffee machine.
It was fine for a one night stay but no longer.
The rest of the family used the pool but couldn’t stay in long as much too cold especially with a toddler with us.
Location was fine and plenty of parking.

First impression was good as lobby was nice, front desk staff were friendly and room was spacious. Those are the only reasons I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1. Upon a closer look, the hotel seems like it quite simply has ownership that doesn’t care to maintain the place. Lightbulbs were burned out in the elevator, halls, room etc. Pullout couch was stained, towels and shower curtain were torn and badly needed replacing and the amenities were probably the worst of it. The hot tub was broken down, the steam room failed to warm up and smelled/ looked unclean (and poorly maintained, missing tile, caulking peeling off etc). The pool deck left dirt on our feet; the lack of cleanliness was definitely visible when you could see literal piles of dirt at the bottom of the pool edges. Reading up on some of the reviews after we stayed here, it appears the hot tub has been out of service since at least May (it’s now September). I didn’t bother reading back any further. I can just see that despite the friendliness of the staff, the lack of amenities, maintenance and cleanliness demonstrates a lack of care by the ownership team and the price is not reflective of the hotel’s many downfalls. I only managed to take a couple of photos and included them below, wish I brought my phone to the pool room. There are several other hotels in the area similarly or better priced. We’ll definitely be booking one that takes better pride in their property.

Showed up Shortly before 7pm, Room was not ready. Was informed that it had not been cleaned as of yet but we could get a double queen room instead. I had a choice when booking between getting a king bed at the radisson or a double queen for cheaper at another hotel and chose the radisson due to the king. Was not going to change rooms. We were told it would be 30 minutes. Asked if we could get breakfast comped due to the issue received an answer of "not sure, ill see what i can do." We come back in 30 minutes and are told it will be another 10 minutes... So we wait 10 minutes.... still not done.... We are now informed that we should have taken the queen room as it takes 45 minutes to change over the rooms we had plans at 9pm that night and ended up being late. At this point we were offered free breakfast coupons and Now drinks at the bar. We were offered one drink coupon each. The breakfast i questioned as patrons had told us while in the lobby that the breakfast was sub par and took forever to get to the table. Manager assured me that it was worth it as it was farm to table from local vendors. Finally get access to our room around 820-830. Room was clean minus the black mold in the shower shelf. Looks like some grout had eroded and mold found its way to fill the gap. Nothing else was wrong with the room. Get up the next day looking forward to this farm to table breakfast only to be told that the coupons were worth access to the buffet only. Which was far from anything close to farm to table. Typical hotel buffet. Stale potatoes, grey scrambled eggs. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to red deer.

Hotel was very clean smelled good room was clean. Pool was nice. The only thing I would not go for breakfast at the hotel too expensive service was terrible and it wasn’t even busy two waitresses three tables, and they couldn’t even fill the drinks or see how her food was. Waitress was nowhere to be found to get the bill.

Uncertain about whether it would be significant or not but am fairly sure it would be more quiet. I don’t recall that we heard much noise from other guests. Sorry not much more help.
