Rooms are clean, but bathrooms are starting to show there age. Beds are on the hard side. Breakfast had good variety but all the hot foods where cold. Coffee was drinkable, with lots of cream and sugar.

We have stayed here a few times and usually don’t have issues but man when we checked in the girl at the desk clearly wasn’t trained properly. If you have a gift card I sure hope you don’t have to check in with who we got. She had no clue they even had gift cards there and didn’t know what to do. So we had to go in the morning and use it. The actually stay was fine. Rooms are big. TV channels suck. Beds are a little firm but nice. The sheets are really soft. The boy loved the pool. The breakfast was better than a lot of hotels I been to. If the training was used the stay would have been prefect but man it was a huge pain.

The carpet was sticky and the furniture was stained. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Luckily it was just a overnight stay. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked good and would be family friendly.

The breakfast was awesome but the bed was rock hard. We got almost no sleep due to how uncomfortable the bed was. We booked online and check in was quick and easy. Check out was a breeze and all the staff were super friendly.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a large area for working. The service was excellent, and the breakfast area was large with a typical hotel hot breakfast. (Typical, but still greatly appreciated.) It was a little hard to navigate to the hotel due to the street layout of Red Deer. Not the hotel's fault, but still a little frustrating. But as for the hotel itself, it was really nice, and I would stay here again without thinking about it twice.

Had a good stay. Clean Rooms, Pool, hot tub, and water slide breakfast was good. Family friendly hotel and it is right off the high way 2. Close to shopping centers. I saw some guest BBQ outside which is a bonus!

Only cleaning the room and replenishing glasses, coffee etc. every three (3) days is just NOT acceptable. The second morning of our stay the breakfast was either depleted or cold. It is easy to say that the kitchen staff was working alone and busy, HOWEVER, we did not see her for about one hour. What was she doing? That is why all was depleted or cold. Lastly on day two many people's room key did not work. Three in our group alone and others as well!

If you need a cheap place to sleep this will do. I’d rather pay a little more for nicer rooms, breakfast and amentities. Breakfast is low quality and they run out of food by 8:30am so get up early. Rooms are dated and dingy. Pool needs some maintenance. Cracking tiles etc. Its a cheap place to sleep with no frills.

Good Hotel. After a long day at work and after having travelled for a good two hours, this is the place where you can take a hot shower, slip into your PJ's and sleep for the night peacefully. The staff and the folks at the front desk are amaing and the location is veru convenient to travallers.
