Spent 10nights here, staff very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work but we were given a new one the same day. Bed was clean and comfortable, while the room was of an acceptable cleanliness. Water was really hot with towels and toilettries beingregularly changed.Breakfast was great, plenty of unlimited options. We had to extend our original stay and it was arranged with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location was very close to the hospital. I could walk there instead of parking all day. Staff were very helpful and were able to give us a room for easy access as my husband had mobility issues. Easy check in and checkout.

3.5 stars, rounded up. Service was friendly. We were fortunate to receive an early check in. Our room was small (as was the fridge and TV) and but the beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature was great. Room was very warm, even when we lowered the temperature as much as possible. Breakfast was decent. Overall, an okay stay.

Dirty hotel rooms lots of homeless in the area security should be at this hotel 24/7 breakfast terrible was not worth the stay here . Not a place for kids. hotel smelled like drugs. Would not go back here sadly and was not worth the price.

Clean and Nice room.
Breakfast was verry basic. Not always easy when you're not allowed to eat everything .
We asked for a souvenirshop at the desk and she could'nt answer that question...she schould...
It was funny that we get 2 breakfasttickets for 2 days for 2 persons standing in front of her. It was fixed quickly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything you could need was there and if it wasn’t, a simple request was all it took to get it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I come back that way.

Never had a problem with this hotel. They are very accomandating
I would like to recognize the staff members Sherri-Ann(front desk), Bobbi-Joe (frond desk) and Linda (dining room). I have traveled a lot over the years and they are by far the best I have dealt with to date. They are cheerful, funny, helpful and friendly.

Booked via booking.com for a 1 night stay (June 16) with family. Reviews seemed ok even price seem a bit low. We payed at front desk and went to our room. The hotel looked very outdated, but that's ok. What wasn't ok was dirty elevator and our hallway looked scarry. Broken doors, with signs of forced entry. In the room, noticed dirty floor, and some left over popcorn on the carpet. Overall it seems dirty and dangerous. The area also doesn't seem the safest. We got our refund, and left. Before we could left the parking lot, we were ask for $3 by someone at the parking lot...

Quick and easy check in and out. Easy and quick to get south, north or west. Close to lots of anemities staff was very curtious and helpful. We were there on a Monday night and it was very quiet …both traffic and other guests

Great stop in Red Deer price was great. The reasonable price sure made the trip better especially with the price of gasoline these days. Would stop here again if we ever went to Red Deer. Breakfast was adequate and hit the spot.
