This hotel really exceeded by expectations for the price! The rooms were clean and well kept. Housekeeping, front desk and breakfast staff all really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The free breakfast was one of the better ones I've had with lots of fresh options. My child had lots of fun on the waterslide and I noted the pool area to be really well maintained and clean. I utilized the treadmill in the weight room and really loved that it looked out over the pool so I could still keep an eye on my family in the pool while exercising. This is a great little hotel and exceptional value for cost.

There is much to like about this hotel! Our experience started off with a very friendly and efficient check-in. We booked the family suite (1 queen, sofa bed & a king bed in a separate room). The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, very well thought out family room.
The included breakfast was good (pancakes, waffles, eggs & sausage, toasted options, yogurt etc), sitting area was welcoming.
The pool/water slide area was bright and fun. Pool water was warm enough that kids could play for hours. Hot tub is a bit small, but kept at a good temperature. I need to re-mention that the hotel was clean. Thank you for a great stay, we will see you again!

Would definitely recommend this hotel; the staff are fantastic and everything was very clean. Lindsay and Stephanie at the front desk worked some magic and surprised us with adjoining rooms even though it was a busy long weekend. The pool was a fun space and the good soundproofing in the hotel was noticeable and appreciated.
The only negative part was the chaos of trying to feed breakfast to so many in the small space that they have. Tanya and the crew were absolute superstars; perhaps having weekend hours on the holiday Monday might help to spread out the rush.
We are looking forward to coming back next year and seeing it fully renovated! What we saw looked great.

Previous to our stay, I had driven 45mins into Red Deer to take a look at the breakfast room, to see if it would work for my husband's birthday party of 14 friends and family from 6-11pm. I booked the room and was told we'd need a liquor license, so I arranged that as well. When we arrived, we were told the room would be ready for our setup at 6. At 5:30pm, the Lakeland Lightning hockey team blew into the room with their outspoken hockey moms, 9 year old kids, and pizza man and completely took over. We complained to the front desk woman that we had booked that room for our evening a month prior. The front desk woman who had made the booking, and her general manager did little more than shrug their shoulders. They did not stand up to the hockey team and honor our booking. Do not expect your booking to still be available for you at this hotel if the next highest bidder resides there. They are free to trash your plans at anytime and do as they please. You will get thrown into a tiny, little board room. We will never stay here again.

Unfortunately, the other group booked the room on August 24th in preparation for their upcoming hockey season. There was a mix up on the rental calendar and we did our best to make both groups happy. As mentioned and discussed with you on Saturday, the other group offered an hour of their time in the room for your dinner, we also offered a large guestroom for your group to gather in at no cost as well as the option for a smaller meeting space, also complimentary. I know you feel that we took sides but when the mistake happened, we had to go with the most logical route of who booked the space first. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the hotel anytime. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. Check in was fast and the front desk staff was very friendly and polite. There is breakfast in the morning - I was offered a menu upon check in but I declined as I already had my own breakfast. The room was quiet; I couldn't hear the street noise or any noise from other guests. The room itself was very clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. No complaints for my stay at all, I would definitely stay again.

Lindsay the front desk clerk was very friendly and made sure that I was familiar with the hotel amenities. She recognized me a choice rewards member and thanked me for my loyalty. I really like that the hotel has adult only swimming hours later in the evening. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from. There was a good selection of hot and cold items. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as a stop in on our way to Edmonton. We chose this hotel as our daughter LOVES to swim and the pool looked decent on the website. The room was good - your standard double bed. Room was clean and in good shape. No complaints at all. Had a keurig in it which is a step up from the old coffee makers.
The pool is good, but on the smaller end. The waterslide is FAST, so get ready to fly. Lots of kids loved it, my daughter went once and that was enough lol. While we were swimming there was also a 'swim school' happening - looked like private lessons. They had water toys but the toys are only for the swim club. The instructor was good and has a love for swimming, but he is loud. The hot tub is old and outdated and has lots of chlorine. Overall, pool was good but nothing to rave about.
Front desk was a bit slow, but this was due to a new worker in training. She was wonderful and helpful and quite kind. I also saw a dog come in so they have pet friendly rooms. They also have a small snack bar. We didn't get to try the breakfast as we slept in.
Parking is good. The hotel is in a good area with Tim Hortons near by and a gas station. We would stay here again.

Although it was a great idea to get some use of the pool on our slower days, there were times that they were distracting our guests from having the best experience. I enjoy staying at this hotel when I'm in Red Deer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are happy to provide suggestions for dining out and deal with any questions that I have. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast in the morning always provides you with several choices. The waterslide and hot tube are a great way to relax. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn andSuites in Red Deer, Alerta from Jully 21 until Juy 25, 2022. We had a great room (321) very clean, temperature control was excelent. The hotel was very clean. Breakfasts were excellent. Where ever went was very clean. The staff was very friendly and Helpful. We will stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accomadations in Red Deer, Alberta. Internet was very quick.
