We live in Williams Lake and because of a power failure of our electrical system, we had to get a room. And fast, because it was minus 20. It was after 10:30 pm when we booked and got a very suitable room making it possible to get a decent nights sleep in an emergency…
Rooms are dated, but were comfortable, good size and clean. There was a fridge in the room. Nice large hot tub and also some exercise equipment. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cream cheese, jams, pastries, apples, and cereals. Coffee, tea…
Although this hotel is showing its age, it is still a nice place to stay. The hot breakfast is very good. The rooms need some updating starting with the carpets but otherwise were clean and comfortable. The rates are very reasonable.
Definitely a dated hotel, but room was clean and beds ok. First floor room was loud, as are most hotels. I travel lots, and am finding most coast hotel chains to be dated and costly. Overall, not bad.
Our stays are always good. This hotel is very accommodating for our team. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is the best and the restaurant and pub below are extremely convenient allowing us to stay at the hotel rather than have to leave.
"Stay on the 4th floor for best rooms and for a quieter sleep"
"Don’t stay here place needs major renovation "
"Rooms away from the main road are more quiet."
"The lighting in the room is a bit stark. They need a big light in the ceiling to brighten up the room."
"Best western and ramada are better choices "
