Our stays are always good. This hotel is very accommodating for our team. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is the best and the restaurant and pub below are extremely convenient allowing us to stay at the hotel rather than have to leave.

Vintage heater on a cracked wall. Efficient but very loud for modern standards.
Mouldy bath tub corners.
Wallpaper in the washroom in need of service or replacement.
Disgusting chair by the desk. Unacceptable.
