At check in, my reservation was "missing" and my room was not available. I provided the confirmation number and showed it to the front desk reception. She worked hard to find me a room, which unfortunately was right next to the fire doors. These slammed as people moved around until very late at night. Towels were old. Carpets -very old and worn out. The hotel is not up to standard.

I checked in late and was pleased to find my room very quiet despite the hotel being very busy with hockey tournament guests. Everything was clean and comfortable- exactly what I was looking for after a long day of driving.

it is time for a much needed remodelling of the hotel rooms. I always stay here when travelling but wont be back until i here that there has been an upgrade. The staff were very helpful and very friendly as always.

Service was good with evening front desk employee. Terrible service from the morning front desk employee. Room service was inconsistent. Room was dirty when I arrived. Keycard would expire (twice) and I had to go down and have them re-active it.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. All amenities were appreciated. mini fridge, microwave and Starbuck coffee in the room. Hallway carpets quite dated and could use a refresh (dirty) Continental breakfast items were available for take away which was appreciated. Went to Boston Pizza right at the hotel for dinner. Nice to not have to drive.

It was good, but the food at the Button Pizza was outrageous and we chose not to eat their. The room was clean and fresh and we appreciated that! The hotel is close to the freeway and easy to access. Thank you!

Very dated hotel and not well maintained. Smelly dated upholstery, cigarette burns, stained carpets, hallways and especially elevators not cleaned/vacuumed. Had to switch rooms as first was terrible, second better but had used facecloth hanging in shower. So how clean is this place, especially with COVID protocols. Would only stay if you want a cheaper place and Boston pizza is attached

This hotel has no sanitization or cleaning standards what so ever. The furniture in the room was so dirty and stained we were to disgusted to even sit on it. Would not recommend this please, it is a health hazard to stay here.

The bed was comfortable and the room a decent size with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Unfortunately the toilet made a loud whistling sound every few minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. There also was no top sheet on the bed and the quilt seemed small for the bed, so it was hard to stay covered up.
