Great place to stay to spend the night in a road trip. Very clean, had everything we needed, including a microwave which was a nice surprise. An update in room decor would add to an improved stay, it overall a good stay.

Passing through and staying the night to break up a 12 hour drive. I never have high hopes in Northern BC hotels (even the chains) but this one took me by surprise. The girl at the front was wonderful. A very polite and efficient check in experience. She let us know what dishes were good in the restaurant and informed us of the take away breakfast options in the morning. The room itself was nothing special but had a decent view of the town. It could use some updating desperately. It was clean-ish. Was really in need of a deep clean. I will just assume all of the rooms do. During Covid times it would be nice if things were spotless. That includes the air conditioner and behind tables etc. The Indian restaurant adjacent the lobby was delicious. We had the tandoori fish butter chicken and garlic naan. All of it was wonderful. All in all we had a good nights sleep and the front desk girl upon arrival was great. Hotel needs an update and deep clean especially for the $140.00 price point for a standard room.

I stayed in the Williams Lake Ramada with my daughter on the way to B.C children’s hospital. In the middle of the night the fire alarm went off and stayed on for 45 minutes. The staff did not know how to disable the zone on the fire alarm panel that was in alarm. Management is responsible to train their staff and they obviously did not do this. My daughter had a lot of trouble falling asleep after this, which made for a horrible trip the next morning. I will say that the front desk staff did do a great job of checking us in and out and were friendly.

Very clean room and the room had a very comfortable bed. Good location in Williams Lake close to all amenities. Breakfast was just okay. Small amount of food choices then placed in a bag. Pub nextdoor had the best turkey clubhouse sandwich.
