The hotel is definitely dated and could use some updates, but it was clean and comfortable and that's all that I care about! I stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi tub and was not disappointed. Especially considering when I stayed it was basically the same price as a regular room. Totally worth it and would stay again the next time I'm in town.

I am forwarding the photos from the hotel for your awareness and information.  Attached are images of  -broken fridge which is sharp and dangerous, especially should the guest have a child. Not to mention fridge does not work  -Plastic corner piece of boxspring which has staples. This is what caught my leg and caused my fall, injuring my knee -Shower head was filthy and as it is hard water, this would need to be cleaned with a product such as CLR. This would clean it and extend the life of shower heads -mold in shower along seams of shower inserts-Ceilings are very dirty with dust, cobwebs etc. A simple brooking or vacuum would make the ceilings a simple fix and look much better / cleaner -Outside of window, you can see the beer cans and garbage which is sun faded, indicating that this area has not been cleaned up in a long time-Hair on tray indicated that the tray has not been cleaned and during covid, this should be treated as a high contact area, in addition, the glasses appeared to have simply been wiped with a dry cloth instead of being replaced with clean cloths in addition the bending and creasing of paper caps on glasses look as though they have been reused, that contaminates the rims of the glasses As someone who reviews attractions, businesses and accommodations for various online sites, and with over an estimated 500,000,000 views of my online images, reviews etc, find this location in no way reflects the standards and expectations of a Super 8 property. The fixes here are not high cost issues and are simply a lack of care and attention by the property. A hotel does not have to have top of the line furnishings to make a guest happy and comfortable but cleanliness is essential. Details are what can make the difference in a guest experience and customer retention.

If you need a room for a night or even more please don’t choose this one. The pictures online are not current. Rooms are quite run down. Furniture is old and decrepit. Pillows are horrendous. Rooms not very clean. Carpets are gross and the room and hallways are musty smelling. Very dissatisfied. Worst night sleep in a long time

The hotel was clean, little outdated, but the staff made up for it as they were wonderfully friendly and very helpful, evening changing my room from the third floor to the first so I didn’t have to carry all of my daughter and I’s stuff up three flights of stairs.

It was a short notice stay because of vehicle breakdown. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was not good. Brown bananas and oranges or yogurt. I know that vivid 19 is here but A muffin or something like that would have been good.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feed back. I am sorry you did not like the breakfast options during this difficult time. It is difficult to get out to get supplies with this pandemic and lack of staff. With a significant slowing of our occupancy it seems that most of the muffins and bagels I was buying were just going in the garbage.
