Hotel was nice e looking and clean, staff were friendly. Rooms were kept clean. Breakfast was typical but done well and tasted good. Not hotel issue but only issue is there was only 1 cab driver and hard to get a hold of. Plan airport to hotel trips accordingly. Hotel staff were good at answering cab questions. Laughing Loon resteraunt next door was excellent as well.

Just an awesome experience. The breakfast was amazing and this is even with COVID safety precautions being followed. Warm and fresh breakfast wraps were incredible. Nice fruit, yogurt, granola bars, hard boiled eggs...... you honestly could not ask for more! The room was clean, the staff was warm and friendly. The Manager was incredible. Very friendly

Good location on the highway. Beautiful view of the Lake. The hot tub & pool area was very nice. The breakfast was good & hot and the coffee was good. The hotel was very clean & the staff are friendly & helpful.

This hotel is always a 5-star experience for me. The staff, especially at the front desk, are always professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and quiet. The rooms are very clean, have everything I need and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is good and plentiful as well.

This is the place that I always stay overnight in Williams Lake. This is the best hotel in Williams Lake. Here they have great pool/hot tub facilities, clean rooms, and a great breakfast. The hotel clerks are very polite and helpful.

Hotel was clean and amenities were great! Booked last minute as we were driving through town. Very impressed with the service, pool and breakfast. We stayed in a kitchenette room with 2 queens when h we were upgraded to because we were part of the BW rewards program.

Have stayed at Wlake Best Western regularly since it opened. GREAT Hotel. Great general manager - Satwant. After traveling 5+ hours from Bella Coola....always nice to arrive to a smiling friendly face! Rooms are comfortable and warm....always provided great service to me too whenever I've brought my dog along on a trip!

Outrageously priced. Make sure to check your bill more then just myself that we’re staying with the sports group got charged more they they were told. Tubs didn’t drain properly. Some of the front staff was RUDE on the phone and in person

The hotel has excellent, well-maintained amenities. The Breakfast buffet has numerous options for a tasty and satisfying meal. For dinner and lunch, the hotel is located within easy walking distance of a number of excellent restaurants and numerous fast food brand locations. Front desk staff and all other staff I encountered during my five day stay were professional, helpful, well-informed and very friendly. A great place to stay in Williams Lake.
