*Please visit our website for recent changes, more details, and instant bookings* Sitting across from a beautiful park at the confluence of the Yukon and Klondike Rivers in a historic gold-rush town, Dawson City Guesthouse is an ideal spot from which to access both cultural landmarks and rich wilderness. The guesthouse is situated in a serene setting, with plenty of well-kept outdoor garden/lawn space, a fire pit with ample and comfortable seating, and a spacious 2nd storey balcony that provides glorious sunset views of historic Tröchek, an ancient First Nations meeting place situated at the confluence of the Yukon and Klondike Rivers. Please note that all suites are privately located on the 2nd floor of our family home, so if mobility is an issue feel free to contact us to determine suitability. Please also note that we no longer serve breakfast on the premises, but would be happy to suggest some excellent options a short walk away. We look forward to meeting you soon!

My partner and I travelled to Dawson City for our honeymoon and stayed at this Guesthouse. The decor was beautiful, the beds were super comfy and the blackout blinds were super helpful for the midnight sun. The owners were friendly and accommodating- they drove us to the airport, were flexible on check in and check out time and gave us great restaurant tips. We would highly recommend this place!

Pleasant and helpful hosts! The home is located in the south end of the village; about a 20 minute walk to the center of the village. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Dawson City is an 'open air' museum; lots of history; well worth a visit!

We just wanted to clarify for other readers that, though taking 20 minutes to walk downtown from our place is certainly possible (and even recommended - there's lots to see along the way!), to walk directly to the downtown core takes most folks under 10 minutes.

Ben was an excellent host. It was as if staying in our own home. Room, linen, bathrooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and provided promptly on time. Provided information about Dawson City, simple but invaluable local tips, as we were driving down Dempster Highway next day. Looking forward to stay again.

Quiet location, excellent service, clean accommodations. They were very accommodating to all of our needs, Ben even drove us to the airport. Breakfasts were delicious. I would definitely recommend them!

Ben and Jenna provide a great experience in their renovated B & B. They are great at fielding all your questions both prior and during the visit. The accommodations are very clean and well maintained and they are ideally situated a 10 minute walk away from Dawson City's historical downtown. Breakfast consists of a choice of the bullethole bagel, waffles with birch syrup or homemade granola with yogurt or milk. All the breakfasts come with a side of fruit, juice and coffee. The breakfasts are lighter options delivered to your room at a pre-arranged time and there is a sitting area with a table and a good view to enjoy it. What I particularly appreciated about this experience were Ben and Jenna's suggestions where to eat in town, where to pay less for gas, where to go for a good experience, etc.…

My husband and I stayed in four different places during our week in Dawson City, an Airbnb, The Triple J Hotel, The Aurora Inn, and Dawson City Bed & Breakfast. The latter was by far the best of the four. We loved our room with the sitting room and private bath. There's a balcony for guests to enjoy and we did! Our bed was so comfortable and our room so quiet and dark that we slept extremely well. The location was great since we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go in Dawson. There's a menu in each room for guests to make their breakfast selection each day from three choices. Ben, the host, was the best. He delivered our breakfast to our room each morning and he gave us great advice on nearby trails and dining choices. The house is lovely and very well maintained. We regret that we weren't able to spend every night in Dawson City at Ben's. Next time! If you visit Dawson City, don't miss the opportunity to stay in this wonderful bed & breakfast. …

We had a great time here. The place was spotless and very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything in town is within walking distance. Ben brings up delicious breakfast and coffee every morning! Sad to leave - would highly recommend.

Dawson City Band B This is one of the best run Band Bs we have experienced. Very convenient easy walk to town and the excellent information centre which is a destination in its own right, the band b is nice and quiet. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast continental and very fresh. The place has been redecorated recently and is spotless. While there are limited rooms available, try and be one of the lucky few. We had a sitting room off the bedroom. Free Wifi. Ben is a great host and was a good guide on what to do. Double glazed windows and great blinds allow you to sleep well despite the almost continuous light in summer

A really lovely B&B set in this quaint town. Our room was spacious, with our own private bathroom, and little sitting room. The bed was super comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served to each room, with some delicious choices to start the day. Our host Ben was friendly and helpful with dining options and local activities. I definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in Dawson City.
