We booked multiple rooms for 11 people to celebrate a 86th birthday for a awesome woman with dinner reservations WEEKS before our arrival, not only was the dinner reservation screwed up but we were very disappointed to have such crappy rooms, not one room was remotely pleasing. The amount of guests this hotel has they should be able to handle...

A potentially outstanding hotel in an idealist lakefront setting. However the rooms are in a sad state of much needed upgrading. As I type this I can hear the clammer of our upstairs neighbors and the tv blaring in the suite next to us. For the most part, the staff have been outstanding, especially Brigitte who fixed a mix up...

Location and scenery is beautiful however i was disappointed in the resort property. I would give it an A+ if this was 1979 but in 2017 it is a D- for me. The decor and furnishings are old, carpets are old and stained, and there is a musty, moldy smell throughout the hotel (corridors, room, etc.). Room service was timely...

As with the majority of hotels across North America, we provide a quick and easy way to check out using the television set located in each and every room. We can also grant late check out if requested in the morning although this depends on the availability. Our guest services representatives do their best to keep everyone moving along!

Grandpa and I took our three grandchildren aged 12, 11 and 6 for an overnight stay at the Harrison. The children loved all of the pools, but especially the outside hot pool at night. The relaxed atmosphere of people wandering through the lobby in their housecoats, flip flops and wet hair puts everyone at ease. Our only complaint was 'dine...

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and found the whole experience simply delightful. All the staff were very helpful and caring and spent a lot of my time having beautiful treatments. The hot Thai stem treatment was simply out of this world. And could not recommend enough. The food was lovely and a massive thank you to all the...

Arrived at 3.30 to find a huge line of people snaking through the foyer waiting to check in. The check in time is a late one, 4 p.m. Waited for 30 minutes, which is just way too long! Check in staff was understandably harried and hence, unfriendly. Received wristbands to identify us as guests of the hotel. Another long line...

I have stayed here lots of times for work and pleasure. Everything feels like they are doing the basic minimum at as low a cost as possible. It is such a beautiful place with great staff - the company who owns it could do so much better if they respected their staff and guests more.

Looking for a little R and R over Spring Break and the idea of a spa sounded lovely. However, this resort spa was more like a family summer camp experience. MANY children running through the halls with little parent redirection to avoid bumping into other guests. Looked forward to "adult" time at 10p.m. but the adult pool was overcrowded with...

Where do I begin? Check-in involved a bit of a wait due to the line-up, but it wasn't horrendous. Should have known how our weekend was going to go by the number of unattended children running around and actually banging into guests, and the fact that no parents bothered to speak up to their children about their behaviour. Our room...

It was OK. Generally we had an OK time. This is our first time here. So on arrival, trying to get a luggage cart and greeted by a padlock. This is a fine welcome. The carts are only available for belhop use. There were FOUR carts all chained together and apparently they are ALL reserved for the belhops. They couldn't...
