OK for a night - location is good and the bed was comfortable but definitely need to have better cleaning staff. I wouldnt use the tub - cobwebs in the corners and some kind of sticky crap on the window !!
I booked this hotel only because of the price. It was considerably less expensive than other similar star hotels. The check in was OK, went to look at the room & it was outdated but appeared clean & the air conditioning seemed to be working...More
This was our second stay at the hotel, the first time through a booking accident and this time due to every other hotel being full. Firstly the positives, the reception staff are great, very friendly and helpful offering us information on local hikes my partner...More

The hotel is equipped with a sauna, wet steam room and sauna which is why we booked there. We were warned by other guests when we were on our way to use the facilities that the sauna was too hot to sit in. Thankfully I...More

Good afternoon Bonnie, we will certainly look into the hot tub and if it is set at a temperature that is too hot we will adjust it. We will also look at the sauna. Thank you for your feed back on this. And yes, we...More
We had gotten a 2-night stay this hotel via Social Shopper, so we weren't expecting too much from it, given it's relatively low star-rating. But it was a quite inexpensive for a short getaway, so we went for it.

This hotel is less than a block from the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel (which has the hot spring pools). Alternatively there is a public hot springs pool across the street from this hotel (Ramada). But the ramada itself doesn't have hot spring pool (in fact I don't know if they even have a pool/hot tub at this hotel). As far as I know those are the only two options although I have heard there is some naturally occurring hot springs that you could find but I have no idea if that's truth or myth. This hotel is ideally located in Harrison but doesn't have hot springs itself.
