I stayed four very comfortable nights in the "Willow Cottage" recently. It was immaculately clean in picturesque surroundings right by a small river. The owner could not have been more helpful and personable. I plan to return soon.

I chose this cottage destination based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, and I couldn't have been happier with the service, comforts, design and Sonja's impeccable attention to detail. I had everything I needed for a quiet, cozy getaway. The bath in the Willow Cottage was very good size (bring your bubbles!), the bed was very comfortable, there were well-chosen...

Spent 2 nights in the "Willow Cottage" and had a great experience! The check-in was quick and painless and the cottage was very clean, organized and private. We loved the fireplace and comfy sofa for watching the DVDs supplied in the room on a rainy evening in. There was reliable WiFi and the cottage was stocked with everything you need...

In our travels, we always loved family run businesses. It gave us comfort & confidence knowing a loving hand played a role in the attention to details. Thanks for appreciating our efforts in providing our guests that same caring atmosphere and environment. We’re glad you liked our location, being steps away from all the shops and restaurants is fantastic! Thanks...

The cabins are tastefully decorated with privacy in mind so that you don't feel as though you are in each other's space. The owner is accommodating and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and will plan to return.

Thank you Ginny for staying with us! I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We brought back some treasures from our time in Holland (in our previous life!) in an effort to keep the feeling of 'old world' charm alive in our cottages. We hope to see you again. Cheers, Sonja & Robert

Sonja's humble abode offered great attention to detail, much needed warmth for rainy holidays, and solace from the everyday hustle and bustle. We achieved what we set out to do, which was absolutely nothing but pure relaxation for the long weekend! We encourage anyone to stay here over a stuffy hotel/motel.

We stayed in the Cedar Cottage, a quaint 2 bedroom cottage one block from the beach. Full kitchen and use of grounds like the tree swing and you have your own deck area with picnic table. The ensuite in the master was a little strange hidden in the closet and the front door didn't lock too well, however Sonja was...

Thank you very much for your kind words. After living in Holland for 10 years then seeing the little 'closet bathroom' for the first time it felt completely normal to us. However, you are right; it’s a little strange by N.A. standards but is great use of a small space & adds to the quirkiness of the cottage…and can be...
